This home boasts comfortable seating inside and out, flexible sleeping arrangements, VERY fast & free WiFi, and FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN for cooking and coffee in the morning. There is the brand new Amazon Fresh grocery store which you HAVE to check out less than 5 min away! Also, with perfect freeway access to the 101 Freeway which will take you to visit everything in and around Los Angeles.

The house is spread out on a single floor with an amazing and modern brand new open kitchen concept which makes cooking a joy with a large dining table for seating for our guests which is open to the adjacent living room.

A detached guest house with a KING SIZED bed, with a bathroom and shower, a dining table that seats 4 guests, along with a kitchenette, and a double door refrigerator.

A bright Master Suite with sliding glass doors to the backyard and attached private Master Bath with a KING SIZED bed. For the other 3 guest bedrooms two QUEEN SIZED beds and one KING SIZED bed in the detached guest house bedroom.

Flexible additional sleeping arrangements include the large sleeper SOFA BED in the living room which is convertible to a double bed. There is also a twin sized rollaway bed and mattress which can be used if needed.

The kitchen is fully stacked and equipped with modern amenities to make your stay great for the entire group, including a full coffee corner which includes a Keurig coffee machine and also a French press to make sure that everyone's happy. You have a large kitchen island which seats four people comfortably. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor in the backyard you also have two nice BBQ grills, one charcoal grill and one Propane gas grill, equipped with all the utensils needed for you to enjoy.

A brand new and very strong Central HVAC controlled by a Nest thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.

You have driveway parking for up to three cars and then additional parking on the street right outside the house.

The living room boasts a 55" Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, or any other streaming services or local channels, etc. and comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi for all of our guests which covers the entire property with our mesh system coverage. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather!

The clean and sparkling Swimming Pool is the central focal point of course with seating and chairs for sunbathing all around. Fully gated backyard lets the kids run around safely! Small pets or animals are allowed. We respect all of our guests including those who have allergies, however, small pets up to 20 lbs are allowed, but please let me know beforehand so that the property can be thoroughly cleaned up for our future guests with pet allergies.

The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding, and clean high quality linens to ensure you get a good night's rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps with USB chargers, as well as throughout the entire house.

* Bedroom #1 - (Master Bedroom * Master Bath) KING sized bed, top of the quality line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

* Bedroom #2 - Queen sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, curtains and shades, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

* Bedroom #3 - QUEEN sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, shades and curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

* Bedroom #4 - QUEEN sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, shades and curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

*Detached Guest House - KING sized bed, a full bathroom and shower, with a dining table that seats 4 guests, a kitchenette, with a double door refrigerator.

* Living Room (SLEEPER SOFA BED) - For sleeping in the common areas you have one full sized double sleeper sofa bed.

Total beds are: Two King beds, two Queen beds, one double/full sized sleeper sofa, one twin sized rollaway bed and mattress.
