The Space:

Indulge in the complete charm of our modern rambler home, where the three-car garage ensures ample parking convenience. This one-level living space is adorned with high-end finishes, including granite counters, Wi-Fi, and TVs in both the living room and bedroom.



Step outside onto the recently finished deck, ready to elevate your experience with breathtaking views and outdoor relaxation. Immerse yourself in the serenity of the surroundings, enhanced by the nearby bird sanctuary island on Lake Swartout, where various bird species make their presence known throughout your stay.



While pets are warmly welcomed with a fee of $25 per day (maximum of two pets), the property offers more than just indoor comfort. Explore the allure of the lake with our pool available from May to September, providing a refreshing retreat, weather permitting.



Beyond the deck, anticipate the joy of a new dock, also completed, enhancing your lakeside enjoyment.



***Subject to weather conditions, our late spring and early fall offerings include one kayak, one canoe, and two paddle boards, all at your disposal for maximum enjoyment with the property! Before using any watercraft, please note that a waiver must be signed.

Enjoy Corn hole, disc golf, corquet, bocce ball, pickleball net to use in driveway, ladder toss, and badminton are available to enjoy in the summer months.



Though Lake Swartout may not cater to water sports or swimming, the property compensates by providing a range of watercraft experiences. Note that the lake is designated for viewing pleasure and small watercraft activities like kayaking or paddleboarding.



For those with a penchant for boating, public boat launches are conveniently situated within a few miles. Enjoy the convenience of Hi-Speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, ensuring you stay connected while immersed in the tranquility of Annandale, known as "The Heart of the Lakes" with its 26 lakes within a 10-mile radius.

Guest Access:

Guests are invited to savor the entirety of the house, where comfort meets style seamlessly. The deck, a picturesque addition, is already complete, offering a perfect space for outdoor enjoyment. Furthermore, for those eager to explore the water, canoes are readily available for rent as of 2024. Your retreat is not just accommodation; it's an immersive experience, with finished amenities awaiting your relaxation and enjoyment.

Other Things to Note:

There is a bird sanctuary island on the lake, and you will see varieties of birds during your stay.



Lake Swartout is not a great lake for water sports and or swimming.

Pools are open during May to September (Opening and closings are cold weather dependent)

There are many public boat launches within a few miles if you want to bring your own boat.

We are pet friendly but only allow 2 pets (dogs) for each reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain our property in excellent condition, we have a few guidelines for pet stays:



Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet requested through booking platform after reservation is confirmed, will be an additional charge requested.



To ensure the safety of both our guests and the security of our residence, we have strategically positioned external surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home.



Amenity Disclosure

Please note that while our property may offer access to amenities such as watercraft (canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, etc.) and/or a pool, their availability and functionality are not guaranteed. These items are provided as complimentary amenities for guest use when in working order.



No Parties or Gatherings

Family gatherings, parties, or any events are not permitted. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Violations will result in a $50 per person fee per day or a minimum charge of $1,000, whichever is greater.



We do not provide compensation, discounts, or refunds in the event that any amenity (including but not limited to pool or other recreational equipment) is unavailable, out of service, or not functioning during your stay.



All amenities are used at your own risk, and guests are responsible for following all safety guidelines.
