We had a great time staying at O’Neill‘s. The host was great to work with fast responding. They had everything there that you would need for a stay. The view was great. The neighbors were very nice.

Erin was great at communicating. She was very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and it made it very easy for us to cook out meals at the house. It was very clean too. I would definitely go back!

Fantastic 2 night stay with our young adult kids! Plenty of space and beautifully remodeled. The cabin was immaculate and hosts were very responsive! This cabin would be wonderful for kids of all ages. The lake is very pretty with lots of mature trees and well kept homes. Easy trip to town for necessities or dining out. Would have loved to spend a few more days here!

Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the lake was nice, but busy. The bedrooms needed a little more furniture for suitcases, clothes, cell phones, etc. And the property could maybe use a privacy fence out front. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others. Thanks for letting us use the place.

The home felt like a brand new build. All furnishings were very nice and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and even more. The kayak and canoe were easy to use with life vests. We appreciated the great communication with Erin and Brian. It was such a nice, relaxing vacation to be on the lake. We really enjoyed it!

Great stay in Maple Lake!

We had a guys trip to Maple Lake in June. It’s a great location and the home was very well kept with plenty of amenities. The fishing was tremendous and the owners were incredibly helpful. Overall it was an awesome stay!

Outstanding

It was a great place to stay, owner would help you out with what ever you need, place was. Clean and had everything we needed plus sitting on a lake was a hreat place to just sit and relax afterwork. If I was looking for a place to go on vacation and relax this would be on my list of places to go. Thanks to Brian and his wife for such a wonderful place to stay

Christmas on Maple Lake

WOW. this place was outstanding. The location, the views, the woodwork, the amenities (close to a coffee shop, games galore, k cups, chocolates as a gift, so many dishes for cooking, pack n play already set up...). This place is phenomenal and a wonderful place to spend our first Christmas with our 9 month old. I hope to come stay at the cabin again one day.

Perfect Lakeshore Cabin Near Twin Cities

Just wrapped up an AMAZING weekend with the family at O’Neil’s on Maple Lake. The newly remodeled cabin was spacious and inviting. The bedrooms were very large and accommodating and the entire cabin was impeccably clean. The lakeside views were stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunrise over the lake each morning as we drank our coffee. We made sure to enjoy the beautiful lake by taking in an autumnal boat cruise: We spotted three bald eagles soaring above us and enjoyed the fall colors and watching the loons on the lake. We also made sure to enjoy a bonfire by the beachfront in the evenings. Our gracious host, Erin, provided us with a list of excellent recommendations in town. We kicked off our time at the cabin with a quick trip over to “Up the Creek Bar and Grill” where we enjoyed draft beers and delicious food. Later, we headed over to “Spilled Grain Brewery” in Annandale and had a variety of locally brewed craft beers. The next morning, we took a short 5-minute drive into Maple Lake for some tasty breakfast sandwiches and espresso at the charming “Spooky Brew Coffeehouse." In downtown Buffalo, we stopped into “Buffalo Bookstore and Coffee” for yet another caffeine fix and grabbed some ice cream at “What’s the Scoop” ice cream parlor as we wandered around town. O’Neil’s on Maple Lake is an IDEAL destination for any family. We will definitely be returning to O’Neil’s in the future! 5 STARS!!

Excellent property and experience!

This cabin was spotless, beautiful, and just the right distance out of town. Tons of space inside with lots of thoughtful touches for guests. There's even a game room! Communication with the owners was flawless and they even provided an excellent list of local places to shop and eat before we got there. Totally recommend this property! Thanks for a great weekend.

Girl’s weekend getaway

The home had a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large picture window. The hosts made a fire for us our first evening which we really appreciated! The home was clean, well stocked, and nicely updated! We were looking for a quiet and peaceful weekend and that is exactly what we got! Thank you to our hosts!

Great lake vacation.

All the members of my family who visited the cabin thought it was perfect. We kayaked, had a bonfire and just enjoyed the lake atmosphere. We even heard and saw some loons! Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, giving us a lovely history of the property and great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Paddleboard getaway

Beautiful view of lake, cabin was very well equipped and immaculately clean. Hosts were there to greet upon arrival, gave us some good tips on local places to eat, things to do. Fantastic location- and the cabin was gorgeous- recently remodeled. Good communication- looking forward to our next visit.

Excelente cabin and the owners are very kindness!

Our stay at the cabin was excellent. My family and I were the first guests and I enjoyed it that I came back with 2 friends (71 years old). We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake. I highly recommend this cabin.

Perfect family getaway!

Had a few terrific days. This property is newly remodeled and very well outfitted. Kayaks and a canoe, perfect fishing for the kids off the dock and the best little sandy beach with plenty of shade. Everything you are looking for in a lake place is here and done exceptionally well. Great set up for families. Only wish we could have stayed longer to experience all there was to offer. We can easily recommend this property and will be coming back soon!
