Nice quiet lakefront home with great fishing !

Have a nice home on Lake Broward .. Great fishing, canoeing, boating, swimming. Lake broward is one of the top two purist spring fed lakes in Florida. Being that there is no public boat ramps ,this lake never is over populated with boaters. Come relax on the large screened porch, or cast a line from the dock. Located within 45 minutes of St Augustine, World Golf Village, Daytona , Deland , and a little over an hour to Orlando. A wonderful place to set relax watch the beautiful sunsets!

Great Lake View

Location was very convenient to the wedding venue and the views of the lake from porch were spectacular. The smelly well water took a while to get used to but everything needed to stay there was provided.

Hunting party

House was very cozy and comfortable. Great view, and very clean. Host communication was good and the guys enjoyed it very much.

Family staycation

My wife and her 2 sisters stayed, we had 3 friends stop by for less than an hour and the owner messaged me to complain there were too many people. The previous trip I had people stay there and received a less than desirable message that they had broke the toilet handle and complained that I didn’t inform him. I would have been happy to have if I had known myself. He insinuated that it was done on purpose, which I found rather rude. I had to send people back during their stay to move vehicles because he left a car he needed under the carport, but he didn’t seem to mind that inconvenience. House is covered in family photos and not decorated like a vacation home, gives a weird vibe. I would not recommend this property at all.

I was very unhappy to hear that these renters were not satisfied or happy with our home. This is the first bad review we have ever gotten I was unhappy with the way they treated the house, because they left it messy ,they did not leave at the checkout time ! Yes I was upset! I called to tell them I was on my way,two hours later, they were still there and personal items were still in bedrooms ! As for the broken toilet handle, I would have expected grown adults to contact me immediately ,and say they broke the handle the water was running ! I ask that the renters please put the ac back up to 80 when leaving. I arrived it was at 72! I do ask renters to stay in parking area, to me that’s common courtesy! These renters had trucks far from where I ask them to park! I leave a letter of expectation s on the counter. This is first family or group didn’t adhere to them !

Sweet time

Great location to be about a mile from our family for Thanksgiving. The property was very clean with access to the lake. We really enjoyed the screened porch. Plenty of room to sleep. We did need to bring our own coffee:). Look forward to returning.

Lake getaway

Our time here was nice. We enjoyed the lake and the screen porch was the place to be! Communication with the host was great. The well water had a sulfur smell that I got used to but it did bother my husband. Overall though we really enjoyed our time here! Thanks for your hospitality and timely responses to my concerns. Would definitely come back.
