Beautiful Oasis on the Creek with Pool; 2 houses and backyard paradise

Come and stay at our oasis. Located in Satsuma, near both Crescent Lake and the St. Johns River. The main house is 1440 square feet, situated on 2 lots. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, beautiful kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom. There is a sitting room with a television and refrigerator attached. The sitting room is considered bedroom 2, the sofa pulls out into a double bed. There are doors separating the sitting room and master bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second full bath. The kitchen is beautiful with all new appliances, fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The coffee maker is a Keurig. There are 2 islands with granite countertops for dining inside. The living room is very comfortable with a large TV. There is also a full sized washer and dryer.

The bunk house has 5 single bunk beds, full kitchen and bath. This kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There is a Keurig in the bunk house also. Everything in both the main house and bunk house has been completely renovated. The backyard is somewhere you will not want to leave. Pool, huge fire pit, outdoor fireplace with seating, summer kitchen, gazebo with seating, hammocks, big green egg, 2 picnic tables. Above the 2 story boathouse is a large dining table and refrigerator. Plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. For the off the dock or just a quick drive to Crescent Lake or the St. Johns. The house is on a canal off of Dunns Creek and there are 2 boat houses. Three live bait tanks are located behind the bunk house, and a nice fish cleaning station. Georgia Boys is located one canal over for bait. There is also parking at the house for a boat trailer and several vehicles.

This home is a short drive to Crescent Beach, St. Augustine, Salt Springs or Juniper Springs. Orlando is about 2 hours away. There is a large nice grocery store within 20 min. There are also several good restaurants within 20 min.

We have rented this location many times before and the owners are fabulous!! The property is updated and very well kept . There is a main house and a bunk house and a swimming pool and a dock and plenty of areas for grilling . All the neighbors are so welcoming.Easy access for boating and fishing and a bait shop very close by .

This property is a wonderful location to enjoy quiet relaxing time. The pool is a good way too cool off in Florida heat. Having the location on a canal makes for fun excursions along Dunn's Creek and to the surrounding lakes and with Georgia Boys one canal over you can get a fishing boat for early morning fisht time.

This was a beautiful property, exactly as described.. There's plenty of room and all the amenities you'll need. The hosts were quick to respond and offered such wonderful suggestions for places to eat, play, and fish! Our grandbabies had the best time in the pool . We would definitely stay here again .

Pool for swimming, IF you are afraid of swimming with the St Johns River creatures. A canal for fishing with all the after fishing perks. Loads of seating areas outside for talking, games, eating, sunning, reading..... There is even a lone bench, I called the "discipline bench", if you have a child OR adult that needs a timeout! A huge deck over the canal and you can even do some "Florida Glamping" in the bunkhouse. IT IS a "Backyard Oasis"!!!!

This place is phenomenal! We had a large group of 10 and everyone slept comfortably! There was room enough for everyone! The bunk house was a hit and worked out great for the kids! The ice machine is an amazing feature, and a GENIUS idea! Jackie is great! We didn't need much but whenever we had questions she responded very quickly! As FL natives, transplanted in the midwest, this place felt like HOME!! I highly recommend this property! We are already planning on returning! The channel is so quiet and relaxing to just sit and enjoy nature! There is so much wildlife to see on the creek and river! Words really can't even describe how incredible this place is and the pics dont do it justice. It is beautiful and peaceful! And Jackie really is a phenomenal host! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

The overall experience was great. The property was beautiful, with some cosmetic improvements that needed to be tended to. We didn’t have access to deck because it was under construction; however, my family enjoyed the backyard amenities. The pool was amazing, and just the right size for my family. The main house was spacious, and the second home on the property was super cute, and it offered additional space. There is a TV in the second home; however, it doesn’t have cable. I have AT&T, and my service was horrible there, unless I walked out in the front yard. Overall, I absolutely loved this place. I would refer my relatives/friends.

Beautiful Backyard Oasis

This place was AMAZING! The backyard has everything you could possibly want, pool, fishing, plenty of hang out area! Bunk house was great for the kids- adult kids that is! The house is just as great with all the space in the kitchen and living room! I really can’t say enough to describe how fun, clean, stocked this place is! Don’t make plans because you won’t want to leave!

Great property

Property was just as advertised. Spacious with plenty of beds. The pool was gerat for after fishing all day.I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Clan and relaxing

Everything that is shown for this property was accurate. The interior of the house was comfortable and accommodating. The Exterior is everything a group could want. Fun for the kids in the pool and dock space for multiple boats. Book this place and you won’t be disappointed.

Uh-mazing

My large family has enjoyed our stay so much!!! We were so relaxed and at home immediately. The space was plenty big enough for all of us (11 people), and we didn't feel cramped. Jackie has been the absolute best host. We will be coming back! Thank you so much for the hospitality, we are forever grateful for an amazing and comfy vacation. Plus the fishing was awesome!!!!!! This is our NEW go to fishing base camp!!!

From the beginning, the hosts were very hospitable and helpful! We were able to easily fit 3 boats at the docks and store the trailers in the driveways... In addition to 4 vehicles. The house was arrange wonderfully and we enjoyed the amenities, especially the ice machine! We will be back.

Family Vacation

We had a wedding to attend at Ever After Farms and Vineyard. The location was in perfect proximity to the venue. We had a great time on the patio and in the pool. We had a great cookout, and if the weather was better, we would have rented the pontoon boat! Great time. Would definitely recommend!!
