This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area. The building is located off Pacific with its own cul-de-sac. Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th live entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units. This unit has the following set up. Please think of two apartments that are stacked on top of each other but connected by stairs and private. As you enter 302 unit from its back stairs where you park on the ground floor, the small entry on this floor is first apartment: Two private queen bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, W/D, living area queen sofa bed, love seat, easy chair, breakfast table small kitchen, full size frig, microwave, dishwasher, many cooking appliances., no oven(on main floor)Taking the stairs to the next level. King bedroom with private bath, dual sinks and tub/shower. Two queen bedrooms that are Jack and Jill shared bath shower with dual sinks and another W/D. In the hall on this floor is a loft bed, like bunk beds but queen on floor and twin on top. Stairs to next level is the main living floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 75 in large TV, kitchen and living, fireplace, 4 chair dining room table, large cooking island with 8 high top chairs sofa, and easy chairs sofa and futon The roof deck next level has fire pit, grill, umbrella, pergola, sofa and love seat, and Adirondacks seating. Every bedroom and living has its own Flat, streaming TV. Parking for 3 cars, upcharge for additional.

Thanks for the nice review, we try our best. Just 5 minutes, one block, walk to boardwalk and beach. I furnished nice beach buggies( large tires easy over sand and access down ramp to beach) Beautiful views of ship channel between oceanfront hotels, and night lights. Jon

The property was exactly what my family needed. It was spacious and had all of the amenities for a fantastic week of relaxation. The rooftop deck is the best spot for just watching life pass by. The location is close to the beach and also has easy access into and out of the city. We are looking forward to this location for years to come.

Gorgeous clean home, plenty space for everyone to come together and be comfortable. Rooftop was extremely nice and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and everyone discussed how well they slept. Wonderful home!!

Great beach house

The property was everything a a large group could ask for. Everyone had their own space if they needed some quiet time, and there was a larger open kitchen/tv room area we all could catch up and gather around. the host John was great very responsive, great guy.

If you are looking for an outstanding location, then look no further! We were a family of 8 adults and 5 children who were 6 years old and under. This was the perfect house! With 3 floors of living and sleeping space, we could all spread out and enjoy ourselves. Then add in rooftop fires at night… We had an amazing time! Jon, the owner, was very attentive and helpful! We highly recommend and would definitely book this location again!

Great Property in a great location

This is a great house in the heart of Virginia Beach. This house was perfect for a family getaway. Has everything you need and has an amazing rooftop hangout. Location is within walking distance of the beach, grocery store, 711, and restaurants. Jon was a very accommodating host. Would highly recommend it.

My Amish friends enjoy everything about this vacation home. They said everything was very clean, neat and tidy! They enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Great Location

This home is just a short walk from the beach and has a small view of the water from the rooftop deck. Great location for large groups with several beds/bathrooms and separation between the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Two kitchens are great for preparing large family meals. Parking is tight but the owner was gracious enough to provide all the passes we needed for our visit.

Convenient spot for beach stay with family

I rented this unit for a long weekend for a family vacation. The space is exactly as advertised, very close to the beach, spacious living spaces and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk to every restaurant and activity we went to for the weekend. There were beach buggies and chairs for use. Jon was a kind host. I think having a directions sheet for the house for some systems in the unit, i.e. firepit, air units, would be helpful since some of the directions were worn away. Overall memorable stay.

Easy Access to beach

We stayed for work instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. Owner was very helpful. We were there during the week, so parking was OK. Owner had passes to park on the street, but if you have multiple vehicles, definitely coordinate with owner. One unit looks to have elevator, ours did not, which would have been helpful bringing in supplies.

Thanks for the review. I have three 5 bedroom 5 bathroom units in a building one block from Oceanfront Virginia Beach. I can accommodate parking, bedrooms, bathrooms and elevator. I can split a unit to a three bedroom or 2 bedroom. So if you need 7 bedrooms, I can set you up with a 5 and 2. If you need a elevator, like to share two five bedrooms units, go back forth from each ones private roof deck, unlock the gate. Thanks.
