Welcome to our Luxury Desert Dream located in the Citrus Club Golf Community in La Quinta, Ca.
This beautiful open concept home offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths at 3,306 sq ft. Enter the private courtyard, open the double doors to the foyer and step onto to the travertine flooring to be captivated by the large floor to ceiling windows, that bring the sweeping fairways and mountains into view! Entertainment area features a pool table, custom surround sound system and living area with modern fireplace and entertainment wall. No detail has been missed in the new custom kitchen. Press all cabinets to open and do not be surprised if a custom wine glass drawer, wine refrigerator or ice maker come into view! Extra large quartz island with seating for 4 and a dining table that seats 8. Wolf ovens, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Miele dishwasher and Decor cook top add to the fabulous kitchen.
The master suite has a contemporary spa like bathroom with new dual vanities, jacuzzi tub, shower, King bed and a large walk-in closet. Guest wing has two ensuite bedrooms. One bedroom with a King bed, built in closet space and bathroom with walk-in shower. Second guestroom has two full beds and bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equiped with flat screen TV's. Spacious Laundry room includes washer and dryer.
The Outdoor Oasis faces a beautiful mountain scene and is situated on the first hole. With a newly remodeled salt water pool and water fountain feature. (Pool May be heated at additonal costs) New Modern outdoor furniture- Outdoor dining table that seats 6, couch area that seats 5-6 and fire pit chairs that seat 4. The outdoor sapce has covered patio as well as electric awnings to create additonal shade. Our outdoor space also has misters to keep cool outdoors during the hot summer months. The outdoor BBQ is perfect for entertaining!
Citrus Club community is a beautiul desert paradise with well groomed streets and a lush golf course. The property is guard gated with 24 hour security. La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. This property is close to hiking, biking, tennis, restaurants, shops and more. Oldtown La Quinta is just 3 miles from this property, Just 10 miles from the shops on El Paseo in Palm Desert and 25 miles from downtown Palm Springs.
