Located two blocks from the heart of Broad Ripple, this newly renovated home provides the uniqueness of comfort and adventure! Stay at the property and enjoy all of the exciting features that it offers, or head down to Broad Ripple and explore the amazing shops, bars and restaurants that make it the incredible place that it is!

Guests have access to the entire house! It is a duplex, so obviously you only have access to your side of the house, But you will have access to every room in there!

If you need me, I`m just a call or text away!

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There`s a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

- The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.

This was a cozy and comfortable house to stay in. The king bed is wonderful! The kitchen is pretty well equipped. The parking is easy. Locking and unlocking the back door was a bit tricky at first, but just needed to figure out the procedure.

Property was clean and comfortable. The pictures of the outside need to be updated to reflect what the exterior actually looks like. The Keurig drip coffee machine was broken and we found out the hard way when it overflowed onto the cabinet and floor. The house itself is on a busy street but the neighborhood was very walkable and we found some nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk radius. We didn’t spend much time in the house and our overall stay went well

Not as expected

From the stellar reviews this property received we were expecting a beautiful property but at a very reasonable price. We were very disappointed. The location is wonderful. Restaurants close, a Fresh Thyme Market right down the street, CVS Pharmacy one block. There is easy parking, and a nice playground right across the street practically. But, the condition of the house and yard leave much to be desired.House had a terrible odor upon entering, which I hoped would dissipate. It appeared fairly clean upon first glance, though it is really in need of a refresh. Paint chipped everywhere, bathroom shower leaks onto the floor, the outside of the house and yard haven't been touched in months. Back yard nonexistent and the fire pit is in the front yard. The sidewalk and deck are dirty and the front steps are broken and uneven. As we were preparing to check out I found at least one water bottle, two used ear plugs and several other items under our bed that I didn't look at too closely. Our 3 year old granddaughter pulled what appeared to be two sections of a very dehydrated orange from under the couch. I reported a very obvious scurrying and scratching in the walls to the owner, and he promised to have an exterminator come. The check out was great, the owner very responsive and nice. But the house is really in need of a deep clean and some serious attention. We would not stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was lots of fun to have movie nights in the living room every night. We did not use the games downstairs but there was lots to do at the house. The location was perfect with lots of great restaurants very close. We also were close to the Indianapolis Zoo which was amazing. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Quick walk to great restaurants! House is large, so we could spread out. Wi-fi did not work during our stay. Owner was responsive before we arrived, did not respond during our stay, when we had questions/concerns.Beds were comfortable.

Property is well-maintained and up-to-date. Owner was accommodating and responsive. Location is great- 1/2 mile walk to The Vogue theater, excellent restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again if we're back in the area.

Best getaway

This was our first family vacation.my husband, my toddlers and our dog had a very relaxing time sith the best amenities. The table tennis, darts and Foosball table kept my son busy when we got back from the childrens museum. There are trails nearby which was perfect for our dog. Will definitely be back.Thanks

Fun Weekend Getaway

This house was a great base for our long weekend in Indy (volleyball tournament, children's museum, Butler visit). The common areas were quite comfortable and the king bed was fabulous! Wish we'd had more down time to enjoy the basement rec room more!

Excellent host

Overall happy with the stay. I accidentally booked one night instead of two and Lucas was understanding of the situation. Communicating very well and worked with us to check out. He looked at accommodating us with another place but just didn’t have one currently available. Very clean and bed was comfortable.

Great place in Broad Ripple

It was a nice place. Clean and in a good location in Broad Ripple. We enjoyed the space and all that was available. It was a little surprising to see the back two bedrooms behind the third one so that you had to go through one to get to the other two. A little lack of privacy there if you’re not all related. It was a bad snow and we got stuck in the driveway and they weren’t able to come out and plow until the next day. Overall it was a good trip. The beds were really comfortable and the water hot. We would definitely recommend this place
