Country in the city with centrally located, private 4-bedroom home in residential neighborhood. This park-like setting on 3 acres is right off I465 and very near I70 and is located near historic Irvington. Short drive to downtown Indianapolis, Fountain Square, Mass Ave, etc. Newly redone inside and out with all the amenities you could need or want for a comfortable stay. Work from home with free Wi-Fi in the private office upstairs, enjoy the covered front and back porches, or just enjoy the sprawling, fenced 3 acre property. Good for families, groups or a quiet getaway.

This property is private and secluded in a beautiful park-like setting with mature trees and a fenced-in 3 acre yard. It has been completely remodeled inside and out with all new flooring, countertops, tile, carpeting, bathrooms, everything! There are two living rooms each equipped with smart TV’s - one upstairs and one on the main floor in the open-plan living space. Enjoy the covered front and back porches with outdoor seating, dining and even a fire pit out back!

1 mile to Irvington center with Jockamos Pizza, Black Acre Brewery and Black Acre Garden, Lincoln Square diner, Strangebird, and many cute, unique shops and art galleries. Irvington is very walkable and right on the Pennsy Trail. 7 miles to downtown Indianapolis, 6 miles to Mass Ave, 5 miles to Fountain Square. Right off I465 and I70 for easy commuting.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, bright, and well maintained, and the dogs absolutely loved the big fenced in yard to play in. Courtney was great to book with, and we would love to stay here for future events.

The house was very nice and clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The only issue with the property is the highway noise. I know there is nothing that the homeowner can do about it, but if you are planning on being outside at the house, just be aware that it will be a little noisy. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Felt like home!

My family and I recently relocated to Indiana and needed a place to stay while we waited for our rental to be ready. I reached out to Courtney on short notice and she was quick to respond and very kind and accommodating for our family. We only planned a 2 night stay but when things fell through with our rental and we were scrambling to find something else, Courtney was again very accommodating and kind enough to extend our stay! We absolutely loved the home, it was clean, cozy and felt very welcoming. We all felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the big yard and beautiful property. Watching the lightning bugs in the evenings was a favorite- and a first for my kids! I would highly recommend this host and home 10/10 to anyone looking for a place nice place to stay in the area!

2 day stay near Indy.

The location of the property was good for our trip to the Mecum auto auction at the Indy fairgrounds. The interior or the property was perfect for our group but the street location was rough and full of potholes. Not a reflection on the property or owners but the location was not as nice from a curb appeal standpoint.

Fantastic stay

The location was as advertised; clean, updated and very comfortable. The host was top notch as it related to communication and providing all the comforts of home. We were on a golfing weekend and plan on doing it again. I would definitely book this again!

Excellent host and property

4 adult males stayed at this property for 4 nights. The house was impeccable. Courtney did a great job of design inside. It was very homely. She was a great communicator as well. I hope to rent this house again next year when we return for our annual competition.

Annual Christmas Trip

Great stay

Came to Indianapolis for the Detroit Lions game and stayed at this place, had a GREAT stay! The host was very accommodating and was willing to let us check in early, but we ended up running behind and got there later than expected. House was much bigger than I expected when we pulled up. Would definitely stay here again any time I'm in the area.
