Continuamente actualizado y cuidado, este condominio frente al mar está en mosaico y tiene esa sensación cómoda de Florida.

Esta unidad está ubicada directamente en la playa. El sexto piso es ideal para atrapar la brisa del mar. Puede cenar, tomar el sol o simplemente relajarse en el amplio balcón de la esquina mientras disfruta de una vista completamente despejada de las hermosas puestas de sol de Marco Island. ¡Incluso verás la aparición ocasional de delfines!

Cocina totalmente actualizada, electrodomésticos nuevos y salpicaduras de azulejos de vidrio con iluminación debajo del gabinete.

Se acaban de instalar nuevas unidades de lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. Aunque la lavandería, estoy seguro, no será su prioridad en Marco, estas máquinas de alta capacidad le permitirán regresar rápidamente al negocio de la relajación.

The Sea Winds recientemente renovó su lobby y ambos ascensores. Cuenta con una hermosa piscina climatizada y spa separado, y sala de cabañas, 2 canchas de tenis y amplio estacionamiento. Se encuentra en el tranquilo extremo sur de la isla Marco, pero a poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. THE perfect place to stay! All the amenities you need with a picture perfect view! Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Extremely clean and family friendly. The building is secure and safe. I will be going again!

We had an issue with the refrigerator in the unit. The owner was responsive and sent over a loaner and has since ordered a new fridge. I was impressed with his commitment to making sure our stay wasn't interrupted and sent someone to handle the transfer of our items in the old fridge to the new one which was much appreciated as well as sent us a gift card for the inconvenience to a local restaurant. The unit had tons of bath and beach towel and everything we needed for the beach.

SeaWinds 6th Floor

Overall, our stay and unit were very nice. Communication with Jim the owner was very good and he was very accommodating. My only suggestions for improvement are to make sure the cleaners do a better job of dusting, as the unit was more dusty than we would have liked, and to upgrade some of the beach supplies such as umbrellas, beach cart, etc.

Perfect location!

This was our second trip to Marco and to this condo complex. We previously stayed in a top floor interior unit. I was concerned staying at a lower unit would bring more noise, but this 6th floor end unit was perfect! Jim, the owner, was very communicative leading up to our stay and throughout to ensure our stay was meeting all of our expectations. He checked in with me day 1 to see if we needed anything, an experience I have never had with any previous places I have rented. The unit was as expected and is very well equipped! I did share that the tile floor could use a professional cleaning, but only due to it being of high traffic in a beach community. The previous renter also left behind trash in the storage unit and beach chairs, but that was not the fault of the owner or cleaners. Hence the 4 stars for cleanliness. Overall, we had a perfect week of weather, the location is perfectly located on the beach with direct, private access, and stunning Marco sunsets. I would 1000% stay in this unit again!

Condo was underwhelming:(

We enjoyed Marco Island but did not find the condo as updated as it shows online. The cleaners did not do a great job for our arrival; sheets were not changed and smelled terrible. The shower had hair in the drain and there was food on the carpeting by the sofa. Fortunately we were able to still enjoy our family trip and we didnt spend alot of time in the unit. Will want to do better research next time.

We were impressed with the cleanliness, easy check input. Owner was very personable and responsive. He even sent us a new umbrella overnight through Amazon! It was well stocked. The beach access is simple. We have only great things to say and would come back again!!

Sea Winds 606

What a great property! The location, size, atmosphere and amenities were perfect for our family if 4. The condo had everything we needed for a fantastic week even down to necessities for the beach. There were games, books and binoculars so you don’t need to pack your own. Jim was attentive from the moment we booked until after we got home. The process of picking up keys and checking in was flawless. I am one that worries about cleanliness but had no worries here. If you want an end spot for privacy as well as the amazing views, this is the place for you. Thanks for such a memorable visit!

Sea Winds 606 was Fantastic!

We recently spent three weeks at Sea Winds 606, and it was an incredible experience! The condo was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The owner was very easy to contact and made the entire booking and stay process seamless. The location was perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and shops, so everything was conveniently close. I highly recommend Sea Winds 606 for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect Marco

Located on the south end of Marco, close enough to everything you need but far enough to not feel crowded. The condo is lovely, contains everything you need for a perfect stay including gorgeous sunsets.

Amazing views from end unit condo

We have stayed in many condos on South Marco and loved this unit. It is on the end so you have unobstructed views of the beach. The balconies are all flush so you do have privacy from your neighbors’ balconies. It provided a more isolated and relaxing experience for us. Our primary intent is to enjoy the beach and so we eat in every evening and the condo was well equipped for that. We had everything we needed! It was well furnished and very comfortable. Beach chairs, towels, etc were provided. The owner was helpful, responsive and clearly wanted his guests to have a great experience.

Great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. Marco Island Beach is beautiful and the condo had all the creature comforts we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. Jim was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View

The property was as advertised and nice to be on the corner of the building to see the extended beach from inside. The rooms had ample space to stretch out. The weather did not cooperate so we could not do as much outside as we would have liked. Location is excellent and parking / entrance easy to navigate. Building is a bit dated but one of the first condos on the island so there is history there that can’t be beat. Merry Christmas to all!

Spectacular place

We were so pleased with our stay at Sea Winds on Marco Island, Florida. The condo was loaded with every day things that you would need, from a fully equipped kitchen, to a full sized washer and dryer, and everything for the beach including towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler. We had a corner unit which provided us with spectacular views from morning to sunset. And a big thanks to our host, Jim, who walked us through every aspect of our stay, which was so helpful. If we needed anything he was just a text or phone call away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beachfront views

The view from the condo was just wonderful. Sunsets are beautiful right from the balcony. The whole condo was outfitted with everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, etc. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, great beach towels, even a wagon to pull it all to the beach. The king bed in the master was so comfortable. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't provided the entire week. We loved our stay and hope to stay next year.

Wonderful place to stay

Great place to stay. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, beach towels and plenty of beach toys and accessories. The owner’s communication was prompt and had lots of useful ideas. When we asked about the pickle ball courts, we were told there were no paddles to rent, but he purchased some for the unit for us to use upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice spacious corner unit. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you would want or need on the beach is there for you. Very well stocked with linens, beach towels, kitchen items, etc. we had a wonderful vacation and the communication with Jim was great! I would highly recommend this beautiful Marco Island condo!

Very spacious. Nice corner deck with great views of the ocean. Very well equipped with lots of towels, beach gear, and nice kitchen supplies. The host was very nice.

Relaxing anniversary getaway

Fabulous spacious condo, with lots of room and amenities to enjoy. The view from the patio was just gorgeous, the seating accommodating to enjoy this view. The host spectacular with checking in with us prior to, and during our stay. Unbelievable experience, we are already wanting to come back!

Wonderful Vacation

Condo was very clean and supplied with everything you need. The corner view was amazing and the floor level was great for us. The balcony having that corner view was perfect for having coffee and watching the dolphins swim by every morning, such an amazing way to start your day!! Not only was the condo a great place to stay but the Owner was definitely the most helpful, kind and thoughtful person. My sister also rented a place on the opposite end of Marco Island that did not go so well for her. Jim our condo owner went above and beyond trying to help my sister and her family with her situation and even said it was more than ok with him that she stay with us if she couldn’t work something out with her rental. He absolutely did not have to go out of his way to try and help when it did not benefit him at all. I will say that you just do not find generous people like this very often and his efforts were more appreciated than he realized. We will 100% be back to gorgeous Marco Island AND be renting from this owner again. Thanks so much for being you Jim, -The Sautter’s

If you seek a quiet, relaxing vacation, the south end of Marco is the place to be. And that's where the Sea Winds is located. The 'corner' units are more spacious, more private, and have a more open feeling than other units in the building.

Very rare in the Sea Winds to have a full size washer and dryer. While laundry is not your first priority on vacation, you'll appreciate the capacity and shorter washing/drying time.
