Located directly across the street from the lake, the property includes a private dock, a small beach, and a lakeside sitting area for swimming and relaxation.

Clean, beautifully decorated, comfy bed by the lake!

Super comfy king size bed;Wonderful backyard deck with a gas grill, amazing covered front deck with comfy furniture; dock (with space for a boat) and nice silty bottom around the dock (not sharp rocks). Fridge/freezer/oven all work fantastic and easy to prep food with available knives, pans etc. everything is amazingly clean and well maintained. Perhaps a little pricey, but we could not have been happier.

Good but not great

The house is nice, and the yard is small but very nice; we enjoyed eating out on the front and back decks. As the waterfront photo shows, the waterfront is very narrow; but when we were there, there was a boat tied on the dock and a boat tied on the neighboring dock that together nearly filled the space between docks; this made the waterfront area available for swimming and boating even smaller than pictured (neither boat is present in the photo). Note that the cleaning fee is not included upfront. You can choose to add it later, but if you don't, you'll need to do some substantial cleaning before checkout, including washing and drying the sheets the morning of your departure. There is also a limit on how many garbage bags you can leave behind (2), which we were somewhat worried about over the course of the week. I would only recommend this to people who weren't planning to spend much time on the waterfront. The host was helpful in quickly resolving an issue that arose.

Conesus Gem

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay tied to our youngest nieces wedding at Oak Knolls farm in Caledonia NY Our hostess Trisha met us at the house and covered all details. The house is perfect for family gatherings. A covered large porch above the garage was wonderful considering a pretty rainy stay. Two dining tables and comfortable seating area allowed us to relax and enjoy the Conesus Lake view. The back if the house has a large deck and tiered backyard with another dining and grill area and a handy small covered bar The house is completely modernized and fully equipped with just about anything you’d need Attractive decor, 2 living room areas and large dining area with sliders to deck. It was perfect for our family stay in the area. Hostess was helpful and offered to be available for any questions or issues- fortunately we did not have to disturb her! We look forward to going back

Great week

We enjoyed our week at the cottage. Loved both the front deck and the back yard. House was very nice and clean and fully stocked. Space worked out great for us with 3 teenagers who sometimes need their separate space😉.

Direct access to lake and lots of gathering spaces

We enjoyed the access to the water for kayaking, the many gathering and dining spaces (deck, kitchen, dining roon, rear patio), the fire pit and seating at the lake shore, and the games, books, videos and action figures to occupy kids on a rainy day. The beds were comfortable. The inside stairs to the lower level are quite steep: take care. The cleaning requirements for linens and surfaces are thorough so we were careful to leave enough time for that before departure. We were a family of three generations and we all had a great time there.

Perfect Lake Getaway

The house was a perfect vacation right at the lake. House has everything you need and great outdoor spaces. The steps to downstairs are a little rough but the sleeping spaces are good for kids.

Amazing get away

Trish the Property owner was very responsive. House was perfect setting for our week vacation on Conesus Lake. Loved having lake access and a beautiful clean vacation house that all family members enjoyed. Would definitely choose this property again. Thank you.

Conesus Lake

House was clean and nicely remodeled, with a nice deck. The bunks built into the wall can only fit small children. Also as someone else previously commented the bunk rooms are on the lower level. We enjoyed our stay at Conesus Lake.

Love this quiet locatin

We had a great time. Kids rooms in the basement gave us some nice adult time. Yard and patios are awesome. We picked blackberries and strawberries in the backyard. The fire flies were a special treat. Being across the street from the lake was much quieter then the waterfront properties. And the neighbors were very nice. We drove all the way from Texas and we would stay here again.

Good experience here, the place was clean and nice. The bunk bed rooms in the basement could have been better explained, but overall a good stay for the price.

Memorial Day weekend at the Lake

Spent a wonderful holiday weekend at Trish's house on Conesus Lake. We were there with another couple and my adult daughter. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were able to comfortably host a barbecue for a couple more friends in the entertainment friendly back yard. Although not directly on the lake , the dock across the street was perfect for watching the sunset. We come to the Lake every year and would stay here again anytime.

Lovely Trip

The photos don’t do the place justice, it’s even nicer, well maintained, and was pretty clean. Could use a first aid kit for guests and a heads up about the cleaning check list, but other than that the place was a great find!
