Location was definitely the best part about our stay at Snow Dream. It is very conveniently located when it came to store runs or activities we were doing but secluded enough to have moose outside one morning!The home itself was very spacious and had all necessities. My only “complaint”,which did not affect our stay itself rather more the presentation of the place, is that it seems like their cleaning/management company is coming in and doing the bare minimum or maybe rushing through the prep for the next guest? Cleanliness was not great overall. There were dishes that needed to be thrown out, like not even a matter of being cleaned well enough or not. It didnt look like the place had been dusted in quite some time, The bath tubs were poorly cleaned, we were told there would be a Christmas tree available to set up ourselves if we wanted which already was something I would have preferred not to have to do ourselves while on a Christmas vacation but then when attempting to find said tree, it was stored in what seemed like an impossible to reach place as there was other stored items barricading it in and made us quickly decide against going through all the work to move everything to put up the tree so the kids were kind of bummed and we were forced to figure out a way to improvise making it a whole task that we hadnt had to deal with in other cabins other years. Communication/availability of host was good though!
