The Get Away You've Been Waiting For!!!

Perfect get away home to enjoy time with your family, friends or working in the area.
This 1800+ sq.ft. 4 bedroom 2 bath home is spacious with updated features in a quiet family neighborhood. The back patio has a sitting area with a firepit, a BBQ, a large patio table that seats 6 and a beautiful view of the ocean, the shoreline an a peek of the Oceano Dunes. Close to parks, shopping an downtown Pismo Beach you will want to make this lovely house your favorite get away spot.
Please note that this home is in a residential neighborhood where the City of Pismo only allows vacation rentals of 30 days or more. This ordnance is meant to keep the neighborhood a quiet place for all residents.
There are outdoor camera's located on the property for security purposes Only. One in the front facing the driveway, one in the back facing the patio and backyard plus two more on either side of the house. We respect your privacy and the cameras are disabled once you’ve checked in.

Immaculately clean, comfortable furnishing and beds, everything needed for a longer stay including beach stuff, responsive and friendly host. Fantastic location with fast access to beaches, shops, so many restaurants. We were above the marine layer fog on most foggy mornings, which was a nice surprise. Both of us worked remotely in the house - one in the den with the twin trundle and one on the dining table. Worked great. Pismo Beach Athletic Club has a 30 day guess membership for 60, and only 4 minute drive. Highly recommend. We already booked our stay for 2026.
Stunning view of the ocean. This is not zoomed in. We could see whales breathing without magnification, and hear the waves between 7 pm and 7 am.

Fantastic Vacation Home!

Really enjoyed the stay. The home is immaculate and extremely well stocked with everything you need. Amazing ocean views, and a great back patio to enjoy them from. Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful area Beautiful house

Nice property. Awesome back patio area for relaxaing at days end. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need. Property manager very responsive. Only suggestion for improvement would be fresher/newer pillows on master bed and a better grill. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

A Lovely and Peaceful Getaway

We have stayed at this home more than once in the past, and we truly love it here. It is clean, modern, bright and the views are fantastic. Watch the waves while you prepare your meal, go outside and turn on the fire pit and make the back patio your living room for an evening. Walk to parks nearby. Just up the street from the Pismo Outlets, safe neighborhood, and plenty of things to do in the area. Three bedrooms give the kids enough space, and we turned the middle room into a play area. The landscape is well maintained and house is fully stocked with everything you would need. We highly recommend this place for short or long terms stays!

A Perfect Vacation Home, Ocean View, Bright + Clean + Modern!

This is one of the best Vacation homes my family has stayed out on VRBO. Home is modern and bright, with stunning 180 degree Ocean Views up the hill on a quiet and safe street. Check in process was easy, place is fully stocked with everything you could need and then some, and the hosts were incredibly kind and gracious with total respect for customer service and privacy. We had no issues during our stay, and the outdoor areas are very inviting when it's warm out! Kids love the games, digital subscriptions available to us, super speed wifi and all the room they need to play. Great place for short or long term stay (we've done both!). We will definitely be back again and my wife and I can't give this place enough compliments and 5 stars. We really love it here!

Just a Perfect Beach Getaway Short or Longer Stays

This home has it all, the views are incredible and it is bright and open and very clean. Hosts are lovely, kept everything well stocked and were attentive to any question at all. We loved staying our, our children made the center room their play area and we all took in the views all day/every evening. 3 bedrooms so plenty of space if you need a place to work and there is a park right around the corner. At night you can hear the ocean waves. Truly a perfect experience, we'll be coming back for sure 100%. Thank you hosts for a wonderful stay.
