Bravo Bravo! What an amazing guest. Outstanding communication throughout the extended stay. Few questions early on and was quite independent throughout the stay. Was very patient as utility company worked thru outages due to recent fires in our wonderful coastal community. Highly recommend this guest and looking to host your next stay in beautiful Pismo Beach.

Perfect Location

Clean, secure, nice neighborhood. Great ocean panoramic view. Also, able to watch rocket launches from Vandenberg AFB. Close to Shell Beach, Pismo Beach, and San Luis Obispo.

Beautiful spot and centrally located we enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed the beautiful scenery sunrises and sunsets and neighborhood is charming very peaceful …I live in the countryside snd it took a few days to adapt to the freeway after that it was all good

Mini get away

My husband and I had a few days to get away and had been to Pismo Beach one other time and had really enjoyed it. This condo was beautiful and had everything. We loved the view from the balcony and sat out there often! The accommodations were very nice and Brian was very helpful and available when we had a question. The location was great in that it was a nice area to walk and was easy to get to other places around the area. Thank you for a great time!

This was one of our best vacations ever in Pismo! You could not beat the panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom...just spectacular! The nice, large deck was perfect for barbecuing and enjoying the ocean views. Perfect area for taking the dogs on walks and meeting the friendly neighbors. The owners were great and very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We can truly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again. Thanks so much!!!

Tammi was an absolute blast to host for a stay. She as well as family did an over the top job of taking care of the place. To my amazement they even replaced our bbq grill brush and it was better than the original. Talk about making our day as hosts! You can never expect this to be the norm but to our surprise Tammi even did a clean up on departure. All I can say is I can't wait to host for this family again. It was such a pleasure. It was fantastic working with Tammi and her husband through a simple check in item like Roku setup. Both were patient and tech savvy enough to walk thru how to use over the phone with no problem. Gets no better than this!

We really enjoyed our stay in Pismo Beach for the month of March 2026. The condo is situated on the upper level of the unit. It has a great view of the ocean. There is a very busy highway between the place and the ocean. The traffic noise is quite loud but the view makes it worth it. The master bedroom was large with a king bed and plenty of closet and dresser space. The master bath area was good-sized with a shower and double vanity. The toilet was not in a separate space. There is a second bedroom off the hallway and a second bathroom with tub off the same hallway. The washer/dryer is located in the garage. The condo was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. There was a dining table with four chairs. The living room area had a couple of comfortable couches. The TV set was large and worked well. We used our own firestick. The internet speed was good, and the connection worked well for our purposes. The garage is attached to the unit but does not have access directly from the unit. You have to go down a set of outside stairs to get to the garage. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe. We enjoyed the views from the patio and were able to watch several launches from Vandenberg SFB. There are many wineries in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles to enjoy. The manager’s communication was prompt and complete. We would rent this place again.

The Discription needs and Update

Brian was a responsive host but the propert is just ok, property ... my reason for saying so is the discription of the property was way off. Nothing is updated or new. And the inside as well as the outside looks well worn. Based on the discription of being updated and newer appliances, and marble through out, that discription was really a stretch. I was disappointed. It's vinyl flooring throughout and the marble is minimal and the tile and the rest is somewhat worn out. But mostly everthing was older and a little scuffy. The neighborhood is safe and located well to Pismo, Avila and the sweet parks and beaches, but it is nowhere close to serene like stated in discription. The 101 is so loud and is as much of the environment and view as the big ocean view, and with as much impact. We stayed a month. The place was roomy enough and met our needs. I did love having the garage to park in and store our bikes. And I enjoyed riding my bike around the greater area. I wouldn't recommend it if you are expecting updated insides and serene outside. But if you want an ok, safe and well located space with enough room for two to live out of for a month, it would work just fine.

Clean condo with all necessities provided. Brian was very responsive when we needed assistance. King bed comfortable. Only drawback is proximity of freeway - traffic noise is continuous.

Great location!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 6 weeks. The property is well maintained and the location is secure. The view of the ocean and dunes from the back deck was fabulous. Brian (the owner) was excellent to work with. Everything in the 2B/2BR condo was in good working order, with everything we needed for an enjoyable extended stay. I would highly recommend this unit.

A place to meet everyone’s needs

Well kept, fully furnished, upscale property overlooking the ocean in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. If you are looking for hiking several trails are near. Boutiques and great food within minutes ... and the wine tasting is close and superb. And if you want to relax it’s the perfect spot. Brian is very available for any needs. No complaints at all.

wonderful view

The view is absolutely wonderful! The property is as shown, very well located and comfortable! The kitchen has all of the amenities you probably want. The only downside, if it is important to you is that it has a very poor tv setup, most of the basic cable channels are not available

Pismo Beach Vacation

Our stay was great. The condo was as advertised, clean neat with great water view from the terrace. We would highly recommend this condo. The neighborhood was quiet and very upscale. Close to all beaches and recreational activities. I would definitely be back in a future date.

A Hidden Gem in Shell Beach

Our family truly loved everything about our stay at Brian’s Shell Beach Getaway. Brian was very responsive to all my questions and was very professional about ensuring when we checked-in that the accomodations met our expectations. Everything about this Shell Beach gem was perfect! The property is in prestine condition. It is in a perfect location to Shell and Pismo Beach, perfect location to restaurants and an awesome location for getting back and forth to Cal Poly SLO! We will definitely be returning when our travels bring us to the area. Thank you Brian for being a great host.

Coastal Paradise

Very well maintained condo with great ocean views and a quiet upscale neighborhood. Single level so very few stairs to navigate. The location in Shell Beach is close to the freeway and only minutes to Pismo, Avila or San Luis Obispo.

Pismo Beach perfect.

Location, location, location. Could not have been any better. The condo was all that was promised and was very much enjoyed by my wife and I along with our two other travel companions. The owner Brian, was always available when we called and was very co-operative and helpful. If and when we return to this area we will make every effort to try and rent this place again. We would give this facility, five stars.

Norm was an absolute delight to rent too. Always a treat to share our home with international travelers. Every aspect of communication and overall coordination was as smooth as silk. Great person to host. Only my hope to have this family back again.
