"Hatchee Hideaway"-Private neighborhood with river access and boat ramp

Located in the River's Bend neighborhood in Steinhatchee, this is a quiet fishing town in the Big Bend area of Florida known for summertime scalloping and year-round fishing for trout, redfish, seabass, grouper and more. One of the hidden gems of Florida, Steinhatchee abounds with ambiance and offers a taste of 'Old Florida'. The Steinhatchee area is known as 'Florida's Scallop Capital'. It's a perfect getaway to scallop, fish, or just get some R & R.

No need to trailer your boat to the public boat ramps! We have you covered. A private boat ramp and dock located steps away from the house is available for residents and renters of River's Bend. You can leave your boat overnight at the dock or park it under the house. Enjoy a short 30 minute boat ride along the Steinhatchee River as you make your way to the Gulf. After you make a big catch, there is a fish cleaning house next to the boat ramp. Unwind for the night in the community pool or in a rocking chair on your porch with a river view.

This house is 1500 sq. feet with an open floor plan connecting the family room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, crock pot, toaster, and blender. Gas grill located in storage area for your grilling needs. Linens and towels included. Starter kit with toilet paper, paper towels dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Family room has a mounted 70" smart tv and Golden Tee for those young and old. Downstairs there is fun too! You can find corn hole, ping pong table, and hook and ring game. You will also find a tv downstairs to enjoy while grilling or playing games.

This house sleeps 8. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom has a king bed with a soaking tub and stand up shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
