Just what you've been looking for!!

A wonderful updated lakefront home located in beautiful Gilbert Arizona. Come sit on the dock with a nice cold drink and watch the amazing sunsets. It's not a swimming lake but you can take the pedal boat out for a fun tour of The Islands. We also provide you with two beach cruiser bicycles so you can explore the neighborhood at your leisure and the community swimming pool is just steps away.
This property is situated between Downtown Gilbert and Downtown Chandler. Head on over to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to live music, eat at awesome restaurants, and of course, don't forget to checkout their vibrant nightlife. Downtown Gilbert also offers a fabulous farmers market every Saturday morning with locally grown fruits and vegetables. With many nearby attractions including year round golf courses, San Tan Village, Top Golf, Main Event, Puzzle Effect Escape Room, Sunsplash Water Park, Canyon Lake, spring training and much more... There's something for everyone! It's a great area to visit any time of the year. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to the supermarket, gas stations, coffee shops, pizza, burgers, bagels and fast food galore! Highways are nearby so getting around is a breeze.
This home has 2 bedrooms. Both with queen size beds and 2 full baths. It sleeps 4 comfortably but also has a single futon sofa in the master bedroom and a single person pull out bed in the loft. All linens, bath towels, pool towels are provided. Smart TVs with NETFLIX, HULU and AMAZON PRIME are located throughout. The home also includes WIFI, washer/dryer and 2 car garage. The cozy galley kitchen has everything you need with stainless steel appliances and all your pots, pans, and tableware.
We thoroughly clean and disinfect after every guest visit. We take pride in providing you with prompt customer service, a clean environment, and a comfortable stay.

Lovely space on a peaceful lakefront. Ducks and boats go by on occasion and close to everything you would want. The townhouse is perfect for restful stay with lots of little conveniences and everything in it's place. The host Ingrid is lovely and caring. You won't be disappointed.

Great townhome on the water

We really enjoyed our 7 weeks stay at Ingrid's townhome. She is an amazing host - quick to respond to any questions or needs and anxious to make certain her guests are happy! We loved being on the water, watching birds, kayakers and the occasional pontoon. The home and beds were very comfortable. Perfect place for 1 or 2 people. The location in Gilbert is ideal. The community had great walking paths and dining options in nearby downtown area were amazing. Thanks Ingrid, for a great visit.

Great visit

Personal welcome made us feel immediately at home in the townhouse and the neighborhood. Host was easy to contact and very responsive. Property was clean and exactly as described. We loved our stay!

Happy Place

The owner was Fantastic to deal with! Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately. She is a Wonderful person overall and cares about making her guests Happy! Would Love to return one day! The rental was Lovely back view is a waterway with geese, birds and Beautiful Palm trees! Also the property is very peaceful and quiet! Stayed a month and loved every minute of it!

Waterfront Condo

We visited during Christmas and New Year. The homes along the water were all beautifully decorated for the Holidays along with the pontoon boats. We really enjoyed our stay there, Ingrid was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

An excellent townhouse

Was in town for a wedding. An excellent choice for the two couples we had. Great communication, extremely clean, great location, and attention to details on all the small extras. Would highly recommend for others. We all enjoyed starting the day and ending the day on the dock. It was such a peaceful setting.

Wonderful Place to vacation

We loved staying at this condo. Decorated beautifully. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio early morning & evening. The condo was very comfortable, and the host is wonderful. Great location. Host provides bikes, paddle boat and is just a short walk to the pool. I would highly recommend this lovely condo to my family and friends. Great place to stay!!! Linda & Judy

In a world of 3 to 5 bedroom rentals, this one is a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Very clean, nicely decorated and great location on the water. Thank you to Ingrid who was so welcoming and responded quickly when messaged!

Perfect!

Wonderful Stay! I cannot say enough. My only complaint is that we had to leave this beautiful home. Home is as advertised, well equipped and clean. The owner has provided everything you could possibly need. We loved sitting on the patio each morning and evening watching sunrise and sunsets. We did not use the pool but it is a quick walk just a few doors down. Quiet neighborhood with easy access and central to everything you need. Fry’s, Starbucks and some restaurants are within walking distance. Quick commute/Uber ride to downtown Gilbert. Host Ingrid was a gracious host quick to respond to any questions or needs. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing get away

We loved sitting on the patio in the morning and evening watching the ducks cruising up and down the lake. Sunsets were amazing. The condo itself was very comfortable and cozy. Our family enjoyed visiting around the fireplace. There is such a warm atmosphere. The host, Ingrid, is there for you, should you need her. This is sure to be our home away whenever we are in Phoenix.

Wonderful property

Our family loved this VRBO. It was a beautiful property and we loved being on the lake. The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our kids loved the paddleboat and the TV nook upstairs. Great hosts. Would highly recommend!

Our Stay in Gilbert

We enjoyed our stay! The condo felt like our home away from home and the deck on the canal was a perfect way to end our days. Ingrid was very responsive and accommodated some additional items requested :) We would recommend staying here!

Perfection!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was so pleasant and tranquil. And the setting couldn’t be beat. I loved gazing out over the water watching the birds and palm trees. The location of the townhome was great. Close to historic Gilbert, the Riparian Water Ranch for bird watching and Agritopia. The unit was very nicely decorated with all the right touches: art work, pillows, throws etc. We used the bikes and paddle boat for sunset cruises a number of times. Last but not least Ingrid was the best host. She was very attentive to our needs and followed up on everything! Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect.

Very clean and well appointed.

We stay at VRBO properties frequently. This is by far the best appointed unit we have seen. It is very clean and everything is in good repair. We have previously stayed in other rental Condo's at "The Islands" but will definately come back to this unit. Also, the peddle boat is excellent exercise. Ingrid is a great host and responsive to any questions. Thank you Ingrid and see you next year. Ron

Everything We Hoped For & More

Our stay at The Islands Townhouse was everything we had hoped for and more. The description is spot on. We enjoyed our water view and the townhouse was like home for the week after driving from Minnesota. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Home away from home!

Wow! Great property! It’s on a small lake, so nice and quiet. They had a paddle boat that my husband and I took out for a bit one morning. I would sit outside with my laptop and work and just enjoy the view. Home was very comfy - lots of space for the 3 of us. Ingrid was wonderful to work with, and very responsive. On our first night arriving she even reached out to me to see what time we were arriving, and said she would turn the lights on for us if it was a later arrival. I don’t think I have had a host do that before! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

So Beautiful and Relaxing. A Home away from Home.

Absolutely Beautiful. This property was so warm and inviting. The host of the property Ingrid and Tania were a phone call away and one of the nicest Host we ever had the privilege of working with. Everything you needed was available and waiting to be used. We would sit outside and enjoy the water and wait for the ducks to come by daily. Hopefully if my husband has to come back to work in Phoenix next year the property will be available.
