close to the beach, shops, restaurants, market square (10 to 15 minutes on foot) in the middle of a large plot of land of 1400 m2, at the end of a dead end bordered by fields, you will not find a rental in Barcarès in an environment so peaceful, the beach in the countryside!
These are 2 air-conditioned accommodations side by side on the 1st floor of a property, 60m2 per accommodation. The 1st accommodation has 2 bedrooms of 12m2 each, a living room with sofa bed and convertible armchair, a separate kitchen with dishwasher, a separate toilet, a shower room with washing machine and a terrace adjoining the living room equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The 2nd accommodation is a duplex composed of an entrance, a staircase which leads to a large room with beds for 6 people, a shower room/wc, and a room with table, chairs, fridge, microwave, and everything you need mainly to have breakfast.
It is possible to rent only the first accommodation (another shelter ad is online) if you are only 6 to 7 people.
If you are up to 13 people, you must rent the accommodation and the duplex. The accommodations as well as the terrace are at your disposal, you can also enjoy the 1400 m2 of garden which is to be shared with the on-site concierge.

If you subscribe to the cleaning package, please remove the sheets from the beds, do the dishes or put the dishwasher on with the dirty dishes in it, and do not leave your empty bottles on site
