Beautiful vacation home with garden in the south of France - 80 meters to the beach

Vacation home for 8 people near Perpignan/Canet in southern France, Sainte-Marie-la-Mer, ZIP code 66470. <br>The sandy beach is about 80 meters away, and it’s a great starting point for excursions in the region. The town has almost everything you need for daily life. <br>The main house has about 90 m² of living space, divided into a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and separate toilet, as well as three bedrooms. The bathroom and separate toilet in the main house were renovated in 2025. In the garden, there is an annex with two additional bedrooms and a small bathroom. <br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove/ceramic cooktop, microwave, air fryer, pots, and dishes. The dining room features a large table and plenty of chairs. There is plenty of outdoor furniture. A TV with an HDMI connection and a DVD collection suitable for all ages is available. You are welcome to bring and connect your own game console. There is no TV reception. <br>There is parking for two cars in the courtyard in front of the house. No smoking inside the house. Children are welcome. Well-behaved pets are also welcome by arrangement. <br>Wi-Fi is available; however, service is not guaranteed in the event of an outage.<br><br>Check-in is always on Saturday or by arrangement. <br><br>Plus 75 euros for final cleaning and a visitor’s tax of 7.2% of the booking price.<br><br>Are you interested or do you have any questions?
