Sweet Memories is a beautiful, ADA-friendly two-bedroom cabin located in Bear Cove Falls. This charming vacation home is the perfect retreat for creating special family memories. Sweet Memories sleeps six guests with two king beds, one queen sleeper sofa and two bathrooms. The fully furnished kitchen provides everything guests need to create a delicious home-cooked meal for the whole family. The living room is a cozy place to watch a movie by the fireplace after a fun-filled day. Guests can enjoy luxurious amenities such as the hot tub, rocking chairs and video arcade system with 48 classic games. This ADA-friendly cabin is furnished with an ADA-friendly shower and 36-inch-wide door openings. Sweet Memories is only three miles from Dollywood theme park and Dollywood's Splash Country water park. Also, this cabin is only minutes away from other area attractions in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg.

Both bathrooms have easy access with bars in shower and by toilet. The cabin is all on one level and access to the cabin was very easy to find, no mountain roads. The location is also a plus very close to attractions. Cameron is a pleasant host and is very responsive. This is my third year at the cabin and I hope to make the trip again.

Family week

We met our family from up north who drove down to enjoy the week with us. It was perfect for us. As older adults it’s hard to handle stairs and step in tubs so this cabin was perfect. Very nice cabin and perfect location close to everything we wanted to see

Very Disappointing

I stayed at this cabin for 4 nights with my husband, daughter, and elderly mother. We have been coming to Pigeon Forge and staying in cabins for years, and this is the worst one we’ve stayed in by far. Here are my top complaints1. The sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There were springs in my daughter’s back, so we had to buy a mattress topper at Walmart. 2. I killed about a dozen bugs in just a few days. 3. My daughter and I showered last, and there was no hot water for our showers for 3 nights. The other 2 take 5 minutes to shower, so this shouldn’t have happened. 4. The floors felt dirty. There was glitter on the floors when we got there, and if the floors were properly cleaned there wouldn’t have been glitter. 5. There is very little storage in the cabin and it’s just a poor layout. 6. There were no tissues and the kitchen wasn’t stocked with the common essentials such as Pam spray, foil, and baggies like I’ve seen in other cabins. 7. The shower has a small step up, which is difficult for those who are handicapped or elderly. The pictures in the listing don’t show this. The shower was also slippery for my mom, so we had to buy a bath mat. 8. Bad linens overall. The towels felt rough and thin, and the bath towels are too small. Additionally, the sheets felt dirty and were too small for the mattress.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

We really enjoyed our stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The check in process and communication prior to arrival was great. We enjoyed the location and closeness to Parkway and other attractions. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would stay at this property again!

Family Getaway

We booked this based on it being ADA accessible and were very pleased. One member of our group uses a power wheelchair and was able to get around well. If the unit was equipped with a lift chair or recliner, it would be perfect! One thing we noticed is that the floors were not clean, at all. Getting out of the shower and walking to the bedroom to get dressed, our feet were dirty. I don’t think the cleaners did a very good job with the floors. The bed in the room with the jacuzzi tub seems to be broken because it popped and moved around when one sat on the side of it. The LR fireplace also is just for looks (it does not provide significant heat). The property is conveniently located, but yet feels remote, which is nice. We would book this place again, if we come back.

Very Comfortable

The bathrooms were big and had bars in shower and near toilet. The vanity was designed for a wheelchair, beds were comfortable. My only promblem was with the chairs, they were not recliners, they swiveled and were low, I could not get out of them. The couch was fine but did not face tv so you had to turn head to watch. But most of the time we were not in the cabin so it did not matter. There were tv's in the bedroom we could watch. The cabin location was perfect, close enough to get out of the community, no mountain road, and close to everything. I will be staying there again, recommend. P.S. Cabin was very clean.

Rice Retreat

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place. It was perfect for our needs. I have a daughter that is in a wheelchair and the cabin was great for her. Easy access for her chair and plenty of room for her to move around. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed being close to every place we wanted to see. Will definitely be back! Usually stay in a hotel because of her, but not anymore. Plan on booking again in the Spring when we come up. Thank You again!

Excellent Stay.

Excellent wheelchair accessible shower. The bedroom on the left is the fully wheelchair accessible shower. The bed room on the right is also a roll in shower but narrow door way so you need a very small wheelchair or be able to walk to use. Excellent communication with property manager Cameron. There were a lot of issues with the hot tub while we where there, Cameron was responsive in making every effort to resolve the issue. Not only did he provide his direct contact number prior to the trip his direct number is on the property when you pull in. For individuals with issues with balance the property is a bit on a slope but your in the mountains so plan accordingly you can't fix mother nature.
