The house consists of two floors and can accommodate eight people: on the first floor you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet and guest toilet, the equipped kitchen, the dining room, the living room, the storage spaces and laundry room. You will also find the fully equipped independent studio (kitchen/ shower/ toilet/ TV.
Upstairs, there is the master bedroom, its double bathroom, shower, bath, dressing room and storage space and its separate toilet

The bamboo sun loungers arranged along the spacious 12x6m pink marble infinity pool - in a sun-drenched environment, with the vineyards of the prestigious Bertaud Belieu estate and the umbrella pines as neighbours - invite you to relax. The sun exposure is ideal and the sunsets are unforgettable.

The stone pool house keeps it cool, even at the hottest times of the year. Its summer kitchen and barbecue allow you to fully enjoy moments with family or friends by the pool.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds, each with their own bathroom, including an independent studio for friends, with equipped kitchen and washing machine.
