The perfect location for a Florida getaway.
Spacious house on a quiet street, close to downtown of Fort Walton Beach for shopping, dining and fun (walking distance 15 min) and 15 min drive to Destin.
Come and enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast just 3 min from the house.
This beautiful clean 3bdr/2bth "Home away from home" includes stylish modern "coastal style" furniture, 65inch flat smart TV in the living room, 50inch flat smart TV in the master bedroom, 40inch flat smart TV in the second bedroom and 40inch flat smart TV in the bunkroom. Both bedrooms have king size beds. The bunkroom has twin on the top, full in the middle and pullout bed on the bottom. Perfect place for the kids!!! :)
The living room couch is a sofa sleeper.
High quality washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry room.
Other great features of the house include granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel refrigerator, smooth cooktop stove with oven, microwave and stainless-steel dishwasher. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes regular AND Keurig coffee maker, pressure cooker and hot dog maker.
All linens and towels are provided.
After a long day at the beach, you can relax at the big fenced-in yard or just sit on a patio and enjoy a beautiful sunset and cook a tasty meal on a Charcoal grill.
There is a 2-car garage for your convenience and also plenty of parking space at the driveway.
There is a public boat launch within half a mile and ample parking in the driveway for your boat trailer or RV.

The one and only negative thing is the mold at the door of the washer. Everything else was great. The house is in a great spot. Super clean. Well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. About an 8 minute drive to the parking by Rockin’ Tacos. About 30-45 minute drive (depending on traffic) to Lulu’s. A pack N play and baby monitor we were able to use. Plenty of room for all of us (5 adults a 5 year old and a baby). Definitely would love to stay again.

Clean and comfortable gem

This home has been recently updated. Super clean. Comfortable bedding and linens. Very well stocked including beach chairs. Very good for a pet with tile and LVP floors and fenced back yard. Was perfect for our family and just a short drive to the beach.

Spring break ‘25

Property was very clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen gear, and beach supplies. We loved the backyard and took daily walks around the neighborhood. House is very close to Publix, great restaurants, souvenirs, and Beasley Park for the beautiful beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Accommodating host and pet friendly with a nice fenced in backyard. There is a $200 pet fee.

Visiting New Grandbaby

This is a beautifully kept home. Pet friendly, our dog loved the big fenced in back yard. The check in process was simple and the lock was easy to use. Had everything we need for a 3-week stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Of note she moved our stay up a week when our grandchild was born 5 weeks early. I would recommend to anyone, and we will look to return.

Vacation Vibes

The house was beautiful! There were enough rooms for all of a family of four and family of three. The bunk beds were perfect for the girls. The backyard was big and the deck was nice for eating dinner outside. The neighborhood was quiet and the location of the house was close to coffee, grocery shopping and the beach. The host even had beach supplies we could use while we were there.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here from June 23-June 28 2024. The house was so cozy and had everything my family needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard was plenty big for our Yorkie and my autistic toddler to burn off energy. The beach and activities were only minutes away and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Recommend 10 out of 10.

Ft. Walton Beach

The two sofas become a running joke with the four of us. When you sit on them you constantly slide forward and need to reposition continuously. The washing machine made terrible noises, so much so the that last thing we did before we locked the door was start the washer so we wouldn't have to listen to it. The drier did a poor job. There was no drain stopper for the kitchen sink and no light over the sink. We are all seniors and cooked several meals at the property and dd a lot of dishes that we did not load into the dish washer. The house was clean and bright and the beds were the best we have ever had at a Vrbo. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans and dishes. I sharpened a couple of the knives in the block.

My family & I were all pleasantly delighted with the house. It was recently renovated, very clean & comfortably furnished. It had plenty of room for us to spread out, each doing our own thing but we could also easily come together for a meal. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned for the week, ie. beaches, airport, A.F. Base, stores & restaurants. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there. We’d be happy to come back.

Had my daughters gender reveal celebration here. Excellent property with great communication with the landlord. Very spacious comfortable furniture and well stocked. No complaints.
