Downtown and Beach Adjacent Home in Neighborly Part of Town

Don't spend your time driving around looking for things to do! This house is a short drive or cheap Uber from downtown shopping, dining, bars and music, and the sugary beaches of Okaloosa Island! Skate park and rec center in this neighborhood as well! Park your boat in the large front yard if you like. The back yard is huge also, and great for supervised pets and kids. (There are a few weak spots in the fence so pets must be attended.) Coming soon, we will have a game room in the garage with a cool selfie mural! Check the photos to see if these updates are ready for your trip! Please note we do have a security camera on the front door. Please accurately report guest count and pets.

No smoking on outdoor furniture cushions. Please use the chairs with no cushions while smoking. Cigarette burns will affect your security deposit.

Cute house in a great location. The fenced in back yard was really big, plenty of room for my dog to run. The house was well appointed and comfortable.

The property was very well kept. It was clean and had all basic necessities but included some great extras, like coffee pots/pans, crock pot, baking dishes, etc. The game room and board games were a great plus for the whole family. We enjoyed playing many games. There were also a lot of beach toys available for guest use. Having a TV in every room cut back on a lot of arguments between the littles. The back yard was great, it was a great size for the kids to play soccer while we sat on the porch and ate dinner and talked. The WIFI was great and I was able to do homework without connection failure. Overall, the home was very cozy and comfortable. We never felt cramped. Check in was super easy with just a quick access code. Washer and dryer worked great as well! We will definitely be back in the future. Our host was amazing and very responsive. There were a lot of recommendations and nearby stores printed out in the check in/check out binder.

Very clean and cozy place within minutes of all FWB and Destin has to offer. Perfect for families with pets. Would definitely stay again. Awesome experience!

Amazing Property

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here while in Fort Walton for the week! It was conveniently located to everything. Had everything we needed for the week. Host was very responsive and made the stay easy! Definitely recommend!!!!

Great trip!

We had a great stay at this property! Everything was clean and it was a perfect place for us to stay for spring break. We had a couple issues, but they were quickly dealt with by the owner. Just a few minutes drive to restaurants and grocery stores and the beach was also just a short drive away.

Mint condition Mint house

Loved staying here at the Mint house. The yard was great with plenty of room for my pups. Inside was perfect and cozy. Host was very responsive. Loved our stay. Will definitely be back..

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed the house! It was almost too big for us but we had plenty of room. Lots to do with tv’s and games and a big yard!

Enjoyable stay

Home was very cozy and clean. It was in a convenient location and it was great to have a fenced backyard for our dog. Rae was a great host and very responsive. The neighborhood was nice, and quiet.

Fantastic!

This property is superb! The house is beautifully decorated in a great neighborhood. The host is amazing. I can't rave enough about our wonderful stay! The game room is fantastic, love the shuffleboard and jenga! We also loved the karaoke mic! We brought our whole family and it was wonderful for all my kiddos. This is the perfect place for a family or friend trip. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, you name it. Perfect family vacation.
