Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the top floor in this 2 bed, 2 bath condo!

Beautifully remodeled spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo on the top floor of this attractive 25-unit complex directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sunsets and watching for dolphins from the comfort of your balcony or walk the many miles of sandy beaches. The bedrooms are on the bay side of the condo and have small balconies to enjoy sweeping views of the tranquil bay waters and dazzling night lights. The oversized living room has a sofa with chaise and 2 reclining chairs. There is also a desk that converts to a queen size murphy bed.
The heated pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by palms and tropical tiki huts if you prefer to spend some time by the pool. There is a gas grill also available for your use in the pool area. If you prefer to eat out, there are many great choices within a short walk.

PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved parking space. There are visitor spaces available on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed.

The condo was beyond our expectations and looked exactly like the pictures online. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed and more. Paula was great to work with and very quick to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property!

This condo is immaculate! This host thought of everything! All the little things one might forget when packing the family she thought of it. drying rack for beach towels,Beach chairs/towel clips umbrella, beach toys. Kitchen has a water filtration system so no nasty city water to drink big plus. The kitchen was stocked with just about anything you would need. master Bathroom (walk in double shower ) It's exactly as pictured, not all are. We will definitely visit again. Balcony had fantastic views! walkable restaurants bike lanes. The best thing no packing up the car to go to the beach grab what you need and use your direct access to the beach.

Absolutely beautiful condo! Great location on Madiera Beach as well. The owner provides beach chairs and towels which was a huge plus for us. We loved everything about our stay here! Can't wait to return!

This place is absolutely amazing! The condo is not only beautiful but also perfectly located. The entire property has been recently renovated, and everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. Condo was beautiful! There was an issue with the building elevator during our stay; the owner responded quickly and building maintenance had it back up and running within a reasonable timeframe. Would definitely stay here again in future!

Great vacation

We had a great experience at Seaview. The location is is perfect for a great family vacation. The area is quiet, has restaurants really close. Located only 5 minutes from Jacob pass.

Another fabulous stay at Seaview. Communication with host was once again perfect, with host providing clear instructions and making check in and check out a breeze. Updated, modern kitchen with high quality appliances, plentiful kitchen and dining supplies and generous starter pack of supplies. Having stayed at the condo before, we appreciate the care the host takes to ensure the condo is up to date and in pristine condition. Exceptionally clean condo. We also really love having a closet full of beach supplies the condo provides…plentiful, good quality beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kiddos, and beach towels. Last year having stayed at another condo in the building (which was perfectly fine, but just not the same) due to booking availability, we extra appreciated coming back to our favorite condo. It truly is our favorite Mad Beach one, having everything we need and more. You absolutely cannot beat the amazing sunset views from the gulf front balcony. Those Madeira Beach sunsets are unforgettable. This condo is quiet, located on the top floor. Guests are polite, respectful. We appreciate seeing many of the same families each year…just shows the love renters have for Seaview. The televisions are updated tech and the cable/streaming provides plenty of entertainment options for your viewing pleasure. We also love its location, with several bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. This condo is the one we will keep returning to because it’s that perfect.

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved our time here and only wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was clean, bright, and so spacious! I was very impressed with the amount of living space, and it was wonderful for our family of 6. We enjoyed the nice pool, lovely beach, walking across the street for dinner, and driving down the road for putt putt and feeding baby alligators. A great vacation and highly recommend!

Everything about this condo was wonderful. Best condo we have ever stayed in. Super large and comfy.. I think we foynd our new yearly condo.. love, love, loved it!
