Nuestro condominio de dos dormitorios / dos baños se encuentra entre las unidades más grandes disponibles en Tampa-St. Área de la playa de Pete-Clearwater. A 30 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional de Tampa con Clearwater Beach al norte y St. Pete Beach al sur. La playa de Madeira es famosa por su suave arena azucarada y el clima casi perfecto durante todo el año.

Las Brisas es un condominio de cinco pisos y 40 unidades con estacionamiento privado asignado, fácil acceso, servicio de elevador, una piscina climatizada junto a la playa, áreas familiares Tiki Hut con barbacoa al aire libre, mesas de picnic, terrazas y, por supuesto, una playa fabulosa. the unit was well stocked, the kitchen was excellent, throughout the unit there were things like kleenex, night lights in all rooms and hall, light switches all labeled, extra trash bags, beach toys. chairs, laundry supplies. Hosts were quick to reply and the pool was actually warm.

In all my years of renting, I have never come across a condo so well stocked. The hosts thought of everything from binoculars to umbrellas (beach and rain) and everything in between. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It was great to have washer and dyer in the unit. The beach loungers were wonderful and appreciated perk of renting the unit. The host was quick to respond to my questions. The grounds/property itself was clean and well kept. The beach was clean and not crowded (2nd week of Sept). We will be back!

It was great to be back in Madeira Beach. The condo was well stocked with all kitchen supplies, pots/pans, and appliances. Very convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. It was sad to see all the surrounding condos still under construction from hurricane damage. Umbrella service was a very nice touch. Thank you for being a great vacation for us.

July Family Vacation

Very clean and nice accommodations. Convenient to have all of the household items upon check in including hand soap, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies and beach towels/chairs. Enjoyed the firework display put on by a large family in front of the condo.

Another wonderful time

Even before we arrived I received a call from the property owner's sister letting me know of a slight issue in the condo. It was really a nonissue but they compensated me regardless and were very accommodating. With that being said when we arrived the beach access from the property was closed with no indication as to how to get to the beach. I think a quick text letting us know about the construction and how to get to the beach would have been helpful. Also, upon arrival, texting the code to the stairwell along with the door code would be great. Otherwise, a perfect week in an amazing location. We will be back!

Madeira Beach

Fantastic condo, great hosts, very clean & comfortable. We appreciated all the little things you included in the condo and the outdoor chair and umbrella were quite a bonus and the envy of other condo renters in the building! There is construction going on all around Madeira Beach including on the beachfront properties, but this has to be expected as they are all trying to get up and running as fast as they can. It was only during the day and during the working week so it didn’t bother us. The beach was beautiful.

Spring Getaway

Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets & of course the beach. We went to spring training baseball games, hired a fishing charter and still found plenty of time to relax in this beautiful unit.

Wonderful-Gulf Side!

This was our first stay at "Our Happy Place". The owners communicated with us prior to arrival and checked in during our stay. They clearly care about the renter's experience. We were surprised how spacious the condo was. We would definitely recommend staying here, the condo is well kept, clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach; the kitchen is well supplied with everything you would need to cook a meal. The beach is beautiful, and just a short walk from the condo. We loved our view from the balcony. The king bed was comfy and we slept well. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Great location, great host, clean condo close to restaurants and sight seeing activities and soclose to the beautiful beach! It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you!and checked in during our stay.

Our Beach escape from Winter! 2/22/25 - 3/1/25

Spent a beautiful week at this condo with a Window to the Ocean & Beach! Awoke each morning to a beautiful view of the beach & ocean from within unit. Open the sliding glass door to the balcony to hear the ocean & take in the beautiful view while enjoying coffee, breakfast, any meal or just relaxing. Beautiful updated white kitchen with everything you need provided & wonderful lighting. Master bedroom beautifully decorated, spacious & comfy. 2nd bedroom, bright with beachy decor. Plenty of space for couples or family, equipped with all the essentials needed for the beach, chairs, umbrella, cabana & beach toys. The host Maureen & Walter, wonderful people, always available prior to visit via email thru VRBO & focused on ensuring you have a comfortable & wonderful stay! Communication from host was outstanding, touched on all details prior to stay & all details pertaining to stay listed in unit as well as available thru your VRBO link anytime prior to visit. Property Mgrs. also available for whatever issues arise with wonderful response time. Very impressed with the response & communication from all associated with this rental. Great weather for week of Feb 22, enjoyed the sun, beach, & 70 degree weather for most everyday!Would like to visit again sometime. Martin & DeniseNorthern Kentucky.

Quick Getaway to Paradise

A wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom condo over looking the heated pool below with fabulous views of the Gulf with fluffy white sand just beyond.The condo is on first floor just above ground level. Convenient for stairs or elevator ride. It is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need for preparing meals. Most condo rentals do not provide paper towels, napkins, t-paper, sandwich bags, foil and plastic wrap, soap and hair products. This rental provides it all. It's a step above! Master bedroom with private bath and 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds. This was perfect for our stay with 3 adult women. The second bath was shared. Entry from hallway or bedroom. I found the condo to be clean and enjoyable. TV's are in living room and each bedroom, with games provided, too. Balcony has a round table with four chairs. A locker of beach toys and 4 beach chairs and umbrella await, too. As I've stated, this condo has everything. Great communication with the host for questions or concerns. No complaints from me! Also, a great location for restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and the like. Also, centrally located for site seeing adventures. My friends and I went to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and even a drive to Sarasota one day. The perfect getaway---all you need is your clothes and food. I highly recommend!

Best place!

Loved the owners! They are the nicest people and you can tell they really care about the rental and the people renting. We were only able to stay a day and a half due to incoming hurricane and they made it very possible for us to leave early and refund the nights we didn’t stay. All of the personal touches make us want to return soon: zip lock bags, plenty of soap, washer and dryer with their laundry pods, sugar, spices, oils, ice maker, extra beach equipment-noodles, chairs, balls, etc. It feels like someone’s home but it’s actually very clean! The beach set up with wooden chairs and a cushions were so nice! It’s the set that you can see right off the balcony and basically right outside the gate. If you are someone that dreads the long walk to get to the sand and then through the sand to the actual ocean due to bad knees/feet/mobility issues then this is a great spot to not have as long of walk. Can’t wait to go back and actually experience the comfiness of the condo and whole area!

Beach Vacation

Our condo was outstanding! It was very clean and had everything one needs, From spices to use in kitchen to toys to use down at the beach. You only need your food and clothes. The two beach loungers and umbrella made our week even better. Both my wife and I have mobility issues and we would have problems getting up from sitting on the sand or low beach chairs. Communication between the property manager and us was very impressive; I’m talking a minute or two to respond to any questions we had. They even texted us a couple times during the week to see if we needed anything. Thank you Marian for checking on us. Thank you Walter and Maureen for allowing us to use your beautiful condo.

Amazing spot!!

This condo met all of our expectations and hopes for our vacation. The condo had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, floats, beach towels, and extra blankets. The view alley me to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The provided beach loungers and umbrella made the week so relaxing. We can’t wait to come back again.

Great Location

This is probably by far the best beach rental our family has ever stayed in. Location is amazing, right off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The place was very clean with all of the necessities you need. Kitchen is very well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing and wonderful stay at the beach. First floor location is very convenient to the pool and the beach. The included umbrella and loungers were perfect. The condo has a full kitchen with utensils, plates, and cookware. You never have to leave the premises if you don't want to! We will be back.

Wonderful location

Owners are very responsive . Elevator was broken almost our entire stay (not the owner’s fault) I was very thankful to be on the first floor lol. The elevator maintenance ppl were there promptly when it was reported broken, but I think they were waiting on a part . Beds are comfy- my kids loved them . Balcony -view was nice - saw baby dolphins . Manatee swam by me in the ocean . Overall great location. Close to many restaurants- walking distance

Perfect in every way!

We had the best experience! The condo was very well equipped and beautiully decorated. Every aspect from booking to checkout was easy. Our New Happy Place!

This is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve stayed in a few in the area and none of them come close to this one. The owners have done a phenomenal job. It’s clean, well decorated, and has anything you could ever need. They have even rented an umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach. It made for an exceptional stay. We were so appreciative of all the little extra details that made our vacation perfect. I would highly recommend this condo. Thanks so much for sharing your happy place with us! We stock and maintain our condo ourselves, and include little essentials that mean a lot. The small things we do, as well as being competitively priced, help us stand out in the crowd. Just bring your clothing, personal items, and sunscreen. Besides food, that is all you will need! We directly overlook the pool and the beach. No worries about slow elevator problems because our condo is just one flight up and near the stairway.
