Excellent place/Amazing view!

This place exceeded our expectations. The condo was extremely clean and the view was amazing! The host was extremely responsive and attentive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property. Don't hesitate just book it!

Great condo

This condo was perfect for 2 of us. The balcony had best view of the ocean ever! The neighborhood seemed a little run down and the building itself looked run down. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. At the time we went the parking garage was shut down. But parking on the road wasn’t to bad. Overall experience was fantastic. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. Recommend for 2 maybe 3 . Will definitely stay here again if we are going to the beach.

Birthday Beach Getaway

needs a little update of amenities the bed was horrible, there was no can opener the kitchen could be better need a better fry pan just little things . we had a great time and made friends on the beach. Unfortunately the heights got to me a little bit. Thanks

Parking nightmare!.

We were told we weren’t allowed to use either pools! Advertised that we had use of both pools. Check was long and difficult. Parking on the street, next building over on other side…little hike. And we also couldn’t find parking available somewhat close to condo/apartment. Walking 2 blocks a couple times. The positive, ocean facing deck (only 2 person Very small). It was clean. Had some dishes and silverware, coffee pot. If it wasn’t for a couple of residents of building we would have been lost. Took 24 hours to get wifi. And a young man cleaning elevator gave us advice and it worked. Probably will never be back. And I can never figure out why owners or managers don’t know how to run a condos for rent …serve your guests like your livelihood depended on it. What would you expect?

Great view and location

Perfect place for the price. Bed was comfortably, but I will bring my own pillows next time. New stove, refrigerator and microwave also had nice coffee maker. We will stay there again.

Would Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! Property was as described and the check-in/out process was extremely easy. The floor was a little sandy when we arrived but that’s to be expected for a property at the beach. Would recommend and would rent again!

Ok for 2 adults

Good location however the property is old and not in the best condition. The room was fine for us, the bed was comfortable but you can't really cook in the room. This is oceanfront with balcony which is what we wanted.

The building needs some work , the elevator was terrifying . The room had some stuff on the floor n in the bathtub but overall was cute and cozy . The view was amazing.

Relaxing Off Season Weekend

My husband and I went here just for the weekend after Thanksgiving. We just wanted a little time for ourselves in between all the hustle and bustle of the holidays. It did not disappoint. Very comfortable room with a great view. Easy to walk anywhere you needed to go.

Nice place

No problem with the unit itself. Nicely decorated, had working air, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Air was very cold ! Location could be better, there were no nearby bars to walk to and sit to drink. Wifi didn't work. Outside water for cleaning feet, etc didn't work so we tracked sand in unfortunately. Beach was clean and neighbors mature and quite. Would stay at one of his units again if closer to nightlife.

Just ok

I wanted to love this property. Overall it was ok. The parking situation is terrible. The property is located right next to public beach access, so it was quite crowded on that street. I also found it was quite pricey in comparison to other condos I have rented on the beach before. The balcony was very small which is where I like to spend most of my time if I’m not actually on the beach. The elevator was incredibly slow and there was only 1 in service for the time we were there. My biggest complaint is that there is no rinse station when you come off of the beach…so you have to do the best you can to get the sand off of you prior to getting back to the room. I was disappointed overall.

Beautiful view

The hotel was beautiful and the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, except for the dishes, We had to wash them before use. But not a lot of hotels have a full kitchen of dishes, there were pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, cooking utensils and silver wear and knives. Dish soap and sponges were provided as well. Will most certainly be back!!

Low expectations

Sliding door was off track and had to be pushed really hard to open and then the lock was broken so they made a makeshift lick to close it, there was black mold along the whole edge of the ceiling and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor inside. Entire building was dirty and unkempt.

truly beachfront, expansive view

This truly is beachfront with an expansive view from the 10th floor. The beach right outside the building was very easy to access and not crowded. There is a front balcony as well as a beach balcony. The room is just as pictured and nicely decorated while leaving plenty of room for travelers. There are several drawers available for use. We especially liked the charging port nightstand and open table under the tv. The kitchen had a nice setup of utensils and basic dishes as well as cloths and hot pads which made it easier to cook 'at home.' (walmart market, dollar store, etc are within walking distance) The fridge, freezer, microwave and oven were all in working order though the oven temp is a guess as there are no marks. The futon is firm, the bed is normal. The blackout curtains were helpful as there is an exterior building light nearby and could benefit from a third panel. The a/c is loud and works modestly. The shower had modest water pressure and lots of hot water. The wifi was poor to absent most of our stay. The floors were a bit sticky and had some debris upon arrival. The addition of the borrowable beach chairs was a bonus! If you are there in early july, be aware ppl on the beach may set off fireworks until 2am and those are really, really loud as they echo off the building. The owner communicated in advance about checkin and was responsive to an inquiry.
