Enjoyed our stay

Everything was as advertised. The hot tub was nice after a long day of walking through the Disney parks. The house was in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for a larger family, we had 4 adults and 3 children and felt there was plenty of room.

No idea what dryer furniture means. Our furniture is definitely not wet. Agree about carpets, plain cream colour was a big mistake. Constant cleaning is an expensive nightmare. Going to rip them up and replace with hard flooring. Our manager called promptly to clarify the smell the guest complained about, but he could not substantiate it. Guess they were miffed. Previous guests were more than happy villa.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Excellent communication with Owners. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We stayed at Rex and June's Villa for 2 weeks. The back view is beautiful and the location is extremely private. The villa comes with everything you could possibly need for your "home away from home." The pool area is lovely and has 5 lounge chairs! That's a rarity and was really appreciated. The pool was clean and the water was well heated. June does an exceptional job communicating before and during your stay should you have any questions or concerns. Ken, the property manager, is also a phone call away and very helpful. We have vacationed at Windsor Palms for nearly 2 decades and it makes a huge difference when dealing with responsible Owners vs. a "management overseer." The villa is a bit dated (carpet, décor) but that is easily overlooked because of all the other nice amenities. We trust you will enjoy your stay as much as our family did. ~Mike and Vicki Lynn

Location and comfort

Loved staying in this villa. The location very convenient, close to the parks and entertainment. The unit itself has everything you need. It is spacious, the kids enjoyed the pool table, ping pool, and of course the being able to swim after a long day out. Owners and property manager were quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. The 4/5 stars is just because I thought they could do a better job with the dishes. I found a couple of dirty glasses and plates. I know that it was probably the previous person who used it, but housekeeping could have checked these. Besides that, it was great and would definitely return.

Very relaxing 2 week stay for family

This was our first stay in this house and in Windsor Palms development. Every year prior, we stayed in Terra Verde and this was a much better experience. The clubhouse: both clubhouse and gym look modern and are kept clean. There’s a little grocery store inside with some basics. The pool was very comfortable and the water wasn’t cold. We also loved that the tennis courts are right next to the pool. The house: we were very pleased. Everything was clean upon arrival, there are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, lots of clean towels, etc. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub actually gets hot! Some things are a little dated, but everything works properly so that isn’t an issue for us. Location: Windsor Palms is about 10-15 minutes from Disney, depending on traffic. Very close to shopping areas off Rt 192. Overall: We highly recommend this house for a family in need of a spacious house to call home in a gated development near Disney-Universal.

Beautiful home in a gated community

Ranch style home although it looks like a mansion Heated pool and hot tub were great kids loved it!! Ran out of propane and was quickly replaced Could not ask for a better place to stay And reading the guest book to see where other visitors came from was a good time WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Nice retreat from cold midwest

Enjoyed Security of gated community. Property manager Ken was very responsive. We were grateful for early check in. Private pool and hot tub were very nice when weather permitted. House was exactly as pictured. Nice game room.

Overall very nice stay. Check in was easy, house looked just like the photos. Kids loved the pool. Proximity to Disney parks was as advertised.

Lovely Property-Description is spot-on

This vacation home meets all expectations for comfort, cleanliness and fun. The pool and lanai area are spacious, the gas grill works well and the backyard view is just as it appears in the pictures. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-appointed, linens and beach towels were plentiful. All the appliances were immaculate. I had asked for the spa pool to be heated, a request I didn't make ahead of time, but the management staff came right away and got it done. June was very easy to contact, answered questions quickly and did everything feasible to make our stay pleasant. I do recommend that anyone planning to rent a place in the Windsor Palms development be aware of the parking restrictions and the restrictions on number of gate passes for cars that can be issued to any one property. This was an issue for me because I had a number of guests coming for a luncheon on a particular afternoon, and wasn't aware of the HOA limitations. However, June was wonderfully accommodating and we got the situation worked out. The gathering was a great success and all the guests enjoyed the pool and the house and the games room that's set-up for playing pool, ping-pong or table soccer. As I said, this is a terrific property, great for a family and friends stay! Oh, and I noticed there were two high chairs, a stroller, and what appeared to be a travel crib--great conveniences if traveling with babies or toddlers.

Yes Jan is correct. There was a problem with cars entering the development. We have a restriction of five for our villa which I have now included In our details. Jan was very understanding and we managed to fulfil her needs..

Great private stay and location

This was a great home to be in It was clean to the naked eye. They did explain due to the Covid they were struggling with cleaning services.. however the overall cleanliness of the house was okay. The washing machine broke and the air conditioner went, however the property manager was amazing (Kent) came through for any type of issues we had and there were no hiccups in our stay. I would recommend to stay at this property I would stay again at this specific property in myself.

Senior trip

We were looking for a safe way to take our boys on a trip for their senior year of high school and we did just that. We were able to enjoy a week of 90 degree temps and sunshine with a private pool and no crowds. This house was plenty large enough for 2 families. The boys loved the game room too!
