Sunny Escape is located in the heart of Southern Utah. Just a short drive from Zion's National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, St. George, and many other attractions. The property is part of the Coral Ridge vacation community. In the community you will find two pools and hot tubs that you will have full access to during your stay. The home is large and spacious, with plenty of room for family and friends to gather.

We love this property! It is conveniently located in Washington - just a short drive from everything we want to do in St George and even closer to Sand Hollow. We had 6 adults and 4 children ages 9-16 staying here and there was so much space. We loved it so much that we already booked our stay for next summer at this same location! The property manager was extremely prompt with all inquiries and the house is well stocked with all necessities - although if you plan to cook, make sure to check on the spices/oils you may need.

Great place!

My family and I booked this place for a New Year's family gathering. We really loved it. There's a lot to see close by with several national parks, and great golf and shopping. The town home was very clean and nice and I highly recommend it.

Well stocked property

We found the condo had everything we needed. Even the pool towels were well stocked. The layout of the property worked great as well for our party of 13.

Great Family Reunion Spot

Our family of 32 enjoyed this home and it's adjoining townhome for our recent family reunion. It is tastefully decorated, complete with all the things you need and then some: books, games, fully stocked kitchen, High quality small appliances, laundry, beach towels, etc. We will definitely stay here again. We enjoyed every minute.

Great house!

Very spacious and suited our needs perfectly! Pool area was great and the property itself was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. A few things that could use some repair were the kitchen faucet and the sofa bed (leather covering was peeling off and lots of flakes were covering the mattress). Otherwise, a very good place to stay!!

Excellent experience!

We highly recommend Sunny Paradise and will book here again if we ever come back to southern Utah. It was a great value. It was plenty spacious for six adults and eight teens and kids. Everyone had a comfy bed. A great time was had by all!

Great house!

Very clean, great neighborhood with great outdoor heated pools and hot tubs. Fully stocked with everything you could need from seasonings, to blow dryers, to pool toys. Very comfortable beds, and great communication. Thank you.

Beautiful Home! Will Stay Again!

We stayed in this home over Memorial weekend with my family and we loved every minute of it. Everyone kept saying how nice it was and how it had everything you could possibly need. The house is very clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We cooked every meal there at the house. We will be staying here again. Thank you!

Exactly what we needed!

It was clean and spacious. Everyone in our group had a bed (12 in our group). Well stocked with all the necessities, especially in the kitchen. The host/management group were responsive to our questions - even late at night (thanks for that). Would highly recommend for a large group.

Family gathering in Washington

We had three families staying in Washington this past weekend and had a great experience with this property. The house was very big and open and also very clean. There were lots of towel and pool towel, which was nice so that we didn't have to pack our own. The area is very close to lots of southern Utah attractions. The pools were really warm and the kids loved playing there for hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Comfortable beds. It was great having washer and dryer available to wash hiking clothes every day. Spend five days with immediate family. Used the pool and golf course. Close enough to Zion National Park. Perfect place for a getaway.

Excellent in every way

It was a great experience, a very clean, well maintained condo, with lots of nice features. No negatives at all, just two suggestions: more wash clothes are needed, and a Kureig coffee maker would be wonderful. The owner is great to work with, and we hope to return again next year.

A great stay

This was a great location for our family to meet as we went to Zion for a hike. Grocery store is close and the owner gave us a lot of info before our arrival. The home is big and has all the amenities needed for our stay. Even a high chair for my grandbaby and a pack and play for her to sleep in. There is plenty of room inside to have a family meal and play games in the living room. The community pool was fun to hang out at with its waterfall.

Clean Townhome

This townhome was very clean and nicely furnished. We spent a week with 2 other families for spring break. There was plenty of space and it was well stocked. The pictures of the condo were right on. The manager was wonderful to work with. Our kids loved the pool/hot tub. They swam every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property and a superb host!

We enjoyed our brief stay at this property and appreciated how accommodating and helpful Stephanie was as a host. She was proactive in reaching out to see if we needed anything and responded quickly to my messages when I had questions. This was especially helpful when my son left something important behind, which she helped locate and return to our possession. The property was clean and well-stocked, had a great gathering area for our big group of 8 adults, and was in an awesome location. We would definitely recommend this property and host!

Never felt so at home :)

We've stayed in a lot of places and we've never felt as at-home as we did in this condo. It really has everything you need. The space is amazing. Plenty of room for families to breathe. The kids had space to be kids and it was separate enough from the main living area to make everyone comfortable. It is so fun to have a place big enough for multiple families to stay together in the same house. And can we say how much we love the decor?! It's a nice clean feeing with classy, but casual decor. The location of the town home is great for accessing all of St George and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed hiking, swimming, dining, and sightseeing all within 20-30 minutes of the home.

Exactly what we were looking for

This house is a perfect place for a reunion. The rooms are spacious and well organized. The 4 days we stayed with our kids & grandkids were all rainy, super cold & even some snow so we were “stuck inside”. There was enough space for all of us to spread out and do many different activities. Some were upstairs playing video games, some played ping pong in garage & a little one had the space out there to ride his scooter. Constant card playing at dining room table, tv watching and just conversations. It was our best Thanksgiving holiday TOGETHER!

Plenty of room and a great location

Just stayed here and it worked out great! We were a large group - 6 adults and 9 kids - and we had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and pool towels. All the kitchen supplies for our meals - and I loved the 2nd fridge/freezer in the garage. We would be happy to stay here again. I will say that if your group includes Grandparents, you will want them in the master bedroom on the main floor. Those stairs are long and steep and it would be difficult for some to go up and down. It was great for the kids though - tires them out faster! :)

Great location and layout! Needs a bit of cleaning

The property is fantastic with layout, beds, room size, pool. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and such for both bath and swim. Location is also great for dividing time between Saint George and Zion. We enjoyed most things about our stay. At one point we couldn't get the internet to work and management was there quicky and easily resolved the problem. However, I only gave the property three stars overall, however, because the carpet was very dirty, blinds were broken, and some doorknobs also didn't work well. If these things were in working order, and if the kitchen pots and pans and such were in better condition, this would be a 5-star place.

There’s better places to stay

I was really disappointed with this condo in Coral Ridge. Compared to other condos in the neighborhood, this one needs a refresh and is over priced for what you get. The carpet is worn, the master bed was broken when we arrived. To be fair, management did fix that when we called, but then we ran into so many other little issues, I didn’t feel I should have to spend my vacation complaining about things that needed to be fixed. There were wet towels left in the washing machine, no working can opener in the kitchen, no paper towels in the kitchen, and the hide a bed in bunk room bows in the middle and is not fit for sleeping. When on vacation, these things shouldn’t be happening!
