The home is located just off of I-15 and SR-9, making this home centrally located for visiting all of southern Utah. It's located in a newly developed quiet neighborhood, next door to the Coral Canyon Golf Course.

Guests will have full access to the property and all of it's amenities

Discover the perfect retreat for golfers, families, and corporate groups at our spacious, thoughtfully designed home. With 4 master suites (2 kings, 2 queens) featuring private bathrooms, plus 2 fun bunk rooms with a shared Jack-and-Jill bath, there’s room for everyone to relax in style. Sleeping up to 20 guests with pullouts and futons, the home is equipped with everything you need.

Challenge friends to a game of pool, unwind in the rooftop lounge with a fire pit and stunning 360 degree desert mountain views, or kick back by the large flat-screen TV. Outside, enjoy a heated private pool, hot tub, grill, and multiple lounge areas, perfect for connecting and relaxing. Whether it’s a golf getaway, family vacation, or group retreat, this home offers comfort, fun, and unforgettable views.

We have room for one car to park in the garage, as well as parking in the driveway. There are also many free parking spaces made available for all of the guests staying in the neighborhood.

This home is fully loaded and provides everything you need for a care free stay. We provide all bedding and towels, as well as soaps and shampoos. The kitchen is also fully stocked with basic cookware.

Great stay!

This home was everything that we were looking for. Private pool and hot tub and plenty of room for everyone. Grandparents, kids and grandkids. Close to the interstate for getting around. Tyler, the host, was great to communicate with and very responsive. We will be staying again!

Amazing property! You will love all the features and large rooms.

We have zero bad to report about this property. Tyler was responsive the entire time for questions etc. Plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub and the rooms were larger and set up really well. You could have a full family in here and still feel spaced out! We will be back.

Our favorite rental in St. George

We had the best time and this home is beautiful. Easy location to get in and out of. It has plenty of room for a big group. The home was clean and the host checked in with us and was available if we needed anything. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. We are definitely renting this one again.

Perfect vacation home

We just returned from a trip to St. George and while there we stayed in this home. It was the PERFECT vacation home for us!! It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, is very spacious and clean, the views from the rooftop are gorgeous, it was comfortable and had lots of privacy, and the host (Tyler) was SUPERB! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had, provided very detailed instructions for check in and check out, and was extremely polite and professional! The price was also very affordable for what you get. It’s a little north of St. George, but it’s only a quick 10 minute drive to town. This will be our go-to staycation home next time we come to St. George!! Loved everything about it!!

Great Group weekend to Zion

I stayed here with 7 friends for a 3 night weekend in southern Utah to mainly visit and hike around Zion National Park. The property is spacious and comfortably fit our entire group. The property offers great amenities including a pool, hot tub, pool table, grill, and outdoor rooftop fire place. After a long day of hikes, this was the ideal spot to rest and enjoy a desert night. The hot tub came in handy to alleviate any soreness from a long day and we enjoyed nighttime stargazing on the roof while reminiscing about the day’s hikes. Tyler was an amazing host as he actively communicated with us before and throughout our stay. He also provided guides and tips about the area which we appreciated greatly! Overall, this was an amazing property which I highly recommend reserving for your next trip to Southern Utah.

Annual Family Get Together

Our family of 9 adults and 4 small children had a great time at this property. The home has plenty of space and activities for all. The biggest hit was the pool and spa. The little ones enjoyed it during the day and the adults played volleyball at night. We didn't use the rooftop patio but it provides a really nice view. The location is perfect if you are planning to visit Zion. It's also close to so many other outdoor activities in So. Utah. There are restaurants and stores nearby. The owner was very responsive during our stay and answered our questions/needs quickly. Would recommend and stay again in the future!

Best place to stay

The home is beautiful it was great to have laundry and a bathroom on the ground level. The main level suite was very nice.The kids had a great time in the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone the home was beautiful. The upstairs bedrooms had lots of room for everyone having two bunk rooms was great. The rooftop was also nice it had a beautiful view of the stars. We have stayed many places where we walked to a pool this time we tried one that has a pool and it was so convenient for the kids We didn't have to pack up and walk anywhere. They could swim all day long and they did! I would definitely book this again. The property manager was awesome to work with If we had questions He was quick to respond. Thank you again We will be back

Blown Away!

This property was absolutely incredible. Me and a few friends went down for a bachelor party/golf weekend and were blown away by the space and the MANY amenities the home has to offer. This home is absolutely as-advertised. It's clean, spacious, and completely outfitted with things to accommodate your group. We only had 7 of us, but this place could EASILY accommodate double the people. We planned on eating out every night, but after seeing the kitchen/grill area we decided to take a trip to Harmons and cooked every meal at the home. They had literally anything you would need to cook a feast for a small army, in regard to pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. If there was anything negative about this property I would say it aloud. But truly, this place is remarkable and we will without a doubt be looking at the availability of this place in the future. Thanks Tyler(Host), for the 10/10 experience!
