Welcome to Villa Fayençoise, villa in the heart of our beautiful Fayence Canton, a dream location for family or friends seeking peace and tranquility. Enjoy a magnificent private pool and a large, 2200 square meter garden with no neighbors, an ideal play area for both kids and adults.

This 4-room, single-story villa, suitable for children of all ages, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms: two double beds and two single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 shower room, as well as a separate toilet.

A 45 square meter living room with plenty of natural light that opens onto the terrace and pool, with dining area, lounge area with a sofa, TV and wifi, and a relaxation area with armchairs facing the fireplace complete the living space.

A fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room and has access to the terrace and pool.

Conveniently located, you will be just 30 minutes from the beaches of Cannes / Mandelieu-La-Napoule, 35 minutes from Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël, and 50 minutes from Nice airport, with options for taxis, car rentals, and public transportation.

You will find a multitude of activities for all ages nearby, including hiking trails in the heart of the Canton or in the Adrets de l'Esterel, just 15 minutes by car, with breathtaking views. For those interested in history, the 9 villages of the Fayence Canton offer beautiful walks and culinary experiences with many Provencal restaurants. For a relaxing time, you can enjoy the Lake of Saint-Cassien, which is only 10 minutes away, with inflatable water games, paddles, pedal boats, private beach, snacks and bars.

For practical needs, you will find all the shops just a few minutes away, including supermarkets, tobacconists, bakeries, banks, butchers, snacks, bars, opticians, pharmacies, and medical centers.

Guests will have exclusive use of the property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival from 4pm.
