Welcome to our haven of peace in the heart of the Esterel, a house full of charm with contemporary decoration ideal for families of up to 7 people.

Nestled in a peaceful setting, our house is located only 10 kms from the beautiful beaches of Mandelieu and close to the tourist sites of the French Riviera: Mandelieu and its beaches, its golf courses; Théoule and its Calanques; Cannes: its islands, its beaches, its shops and restaurants, its famous pyrotechnic festival, the lake of Saint-Cassien, Nice, Monaco and Italy only 1 hour away!

The villa has many facilities that will delight young and old: semi-inground swimming pool; solarium for sunbathing enthusiasts; fully equipped summer kitchen with wood-fired barbecue and plancha, shaded terrace ideal for summer evenings, a garden with swing, private access to the valley which leads to many walks in the Esterel.

It has a comfortable and well-equipped interior, appreciated by families, with neat and contemporary decoration, with kitchen-living room of about 40m2 and 4 bedrooms. A master suite on the first floor of 17 m2, renovated in 2024, includes a dressing room and a private bathroom. Upstairs, 3 welcoming bedrooms of about 10m2 each, two of which are equipped with double beds. A bathroom with toilet and bathtub completes the 1st floor.

We live in this house all year round and take great care of it. We are committed to offering you a privileged setting for your holidays, with the comfort of indoor and outdoor equipment. We are looking for tenants who will respect this warm space.

A little extra, we have a very friendly cat who continues to reside here during the summer, so a little caress from time to time will make him happy!
