Our condo is located on 11th floor with excellent ocean views.

Kingston Plantation is a Hilton property and it is sought after, prestigious part of Myrtle Beach.

Work and play combined

Great unit with good floor plan. 2 masters with plenty of room. Great price for the location. We were attending a conference at the attached Hilton and this property had a better rate than condos available thru Hilton for the coference. Great place to combine work and play. Conveniently located to all the local attractions!

Beautiful and Spacious

This is a beautiful condo in an oceanfront building. It was clean and nicely decorated. This unit doesn’t have a great ocean view but it can be seen from one of the balconies. The Royal Palms condo is connected to the Hilton next door and you have full access to the pools. I stayed at both the Royal Palms and the Hilton and I can promise you the Royal Palms is FAR superior.

Beach trip

The owner was very responsive and helpful, but the check-in wasn't as smooth as expected because the pool access bands weren't in the room so time was spent to track down how to get that. The owner did work to get us what we needed from the hotel, so I appreciate it. Also, the main living area is fresh and clean with plenty of space for many guests, but the bedrooms need serious upgrading. The carpet is so old and full of stains so we couldn't feel relaxed walking barefoot, and the bedding is very old with thin blankets with some stains just from the age of them, so we also didn't feel like we could just relax in a fresh bed. You need to pull out the carpets immediately and upgrade for the condo to be updated and fresh. Otherwise, the location is great and all the amenities at this property are great. If bedrooms get a refresh, then I would highly recommend the condo to others.

Enjoyable stay

The condo was very clean. Had everything you needed from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and toys. Definitely would recommend this stay.

Great Stay

Great location! The unit was clean, nicely furnished and very spacious. Owner was responsive, and parking and check in was easy and convenient. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice condo, family friendly

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Great location to restaurants and beach access was right off the pool. The amenities were a bonus. My family of five fit comfortably in the condo. There were a few minor things that I let the property owner know about on our last day. The carpet in the bedrooms need to be deep cleaned or replaced. The front slams shut so be careful of little fingers. The refrigerator could be updated and the shower in the master bathroom needs a deep clean around the mold but that’s minor. The property owner was very accepting of my concerns and promised to address them for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great Location

Girls trip for Memorial Day Weekend: The condo is in a great location for enjoying the beach and exploring Myrtle Beach. We had a question upon arrival that was answered promptly by the property manager. The owner checked in during the stay to make sure everything was ok. The condo was as expected.

A+ Excellent Place to Stay & Highly Recommended

My wife and I enjoyed staying in this three bedroom/three bathroom unit in Myrtle Beach. The building is beachfront and has amenities such as 3 outdoor pools, a fitness room, and a bar and restaurant which is connected to the Hilton hotel property. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the condo that gave us plenty of room to enjoy our time together. Everything was clean, which always means a lot at this point. The kitchen was great to have and was a huge plus to avoid going out to dinner every night. The bedrooms were large enough to accommodate everyone with zero complaints.(unheard of with teenagers) All and all it was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Being oceanfront was great and we loved walking to the pier and beyond a couple times a day. The outdoor pools and bar were fun and festive. My family highly recommends both this unit and the owner for being gracious and kind. We will recommend this unit to our friends and will most likely return in the future. "Inkular Approved"

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We choose to buy this property because we were looking for a unit that is right on the beach so we can simply walk or go to the balcony hear the sound of the waves or see the waves crash while drinking our coffee. We also wanted the unit to come with the amenities that of a resort, safety, security, pool, gym, restaurants etc. This unit being part of the broader Hilton Package, it matched our needs well.
