The Villa - Amazingly Comfortable King Beds

The Villa is a brand new Italian-themed manufactured home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The king-sized beds are brand new iSerta mattresses and the master bedroom has an adjustable bed. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. The beds are topped with high-end linens. It is fully furnished with a washer/dryer inside the home. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, a stand alone shower, and lighted mirror make-up vanity.

The furniture is top-of-the-line, specifically the electric recliner with a massage feature.

There are three 43 inch smart tvs in the home, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Fiber optic 50mg internet is included. A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and K-cup coffeemaker is very convenient.

A keypad code will be sent 1 hour before check in.

Available via phone or messaging.

The Villa is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is a mobile home park with other mobile homes around.

There is not dedicated cable TV, however the smart TVs allow you to login to your own apps (Netflix, Hulu) to watch your shows.

NOTE** GPS maps are not correct when it comes to the address of The Villa. The best way to find your way is to enter Pizza Hut into your GPS. The turn in for the Villa is just to the east of the Pizza Hut. Turn into the mobile home area and then make your way to #13, it says The Villa on the side of the home.
We have just a couple of rules:

Lovely stay

My friends and I stayed here to hike Big Bend. The beds were super comfy and the couches were so nice to relax on after a day at the park. We appreciated the 3 TVs as well. Alpine is such a cute town with lots a little restaurants and food trucks to eat at. Would stay again!

Big Bend Getaway

Nice Property

Property was in great condition. It claims in can sleep six but if you are the two that have to sleep on the fold out you won't get much sleep. It is horrible. It is very good for 4 persons though.

Yes April was very helpful. Even on some other issues we had. She found information we needed and got it to me. House was very nice for two couples. Need to have at least one movie app permanently loaded on tv’s. None of us knew our passwords to the app’s we had at home. Might put a few hangers in the closets. Other than that we had everything we needed. We got there a little early and met the housekeeper. She gave us some good information also. Very nice lady and the house was very clean.

Great place!

Four of us stayed here several days while hiking Big Bend. The place was perfect for our needs. It was well stocked and the owners did a great job picking out incredibly comfortable furniture and beds. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable well located Vrbo

This Vrbo has an excellent location central to most everything. The house is spacious , king sized beds, tvs in every room and a great closed in patio area. We’ll stocked with a large fridge. The only negatives, and some people might not mind, but I would have liked a microwave and a garbage disposal. But it’s still a 5* property for me. And April, the property manager was always responsive to our requests.

The property was very clean, well maintained decorated and well located in town. It looks just like all of the photos. Kitchen was very stocked . April (property Mgr) did a great job staying connected with us from booking until departure to make sure that we had everything we needed

Great deal for family of 4!

Wonderful 2 bedroom trailer home with kitchen, laundry, living room and jacuzzi in master bedroom. Beds and linens were great, comforter almost too warm! Some train noise and heating/AC noise depending on the outside temperature. Overall, a good bargain!
