Beautifully updated waterfront home. We loved walking to town to get ice cream and loved the house for our family with small children. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchens remodeled. We had a great weekend away with our family.

Stop scrolling and pick this property! The home was beautifully and comfortably furnished, very clean, a well stocked kitchen, spacious screened porch, and comfortable beds. With so many comfortable areas to sit and chat or read a book, our group all decided we will be back. Only steps away from delicious ice cream and a quaint, well stocked cafe. This one gets a perfect review.

Awesome property and hosts

We were in for a very brief trip to see family and attend a wedding. Our stay was very comfortable, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, and the hosts were a pleasure to work with!

Lovely Waterfront home

The home had everything our family of five needed for a wonderful Easter weekend. It’s located in the heart of Oxford on a quiet street. Beautiful kitchen and family room opens to a screened porch and a spectacular lawn right on the water.

Beautiful Home in Oxford

This home is a perfect vacation rental. It is extremely clean, has beautiful views, and is in a great location. The beds are very comfortable, and the host is extremely easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home

This was a beautiful home on a nice lot in a quiet neighborhood directly on the water. The house was very clean on arrival with a lot of nice touches not normally found in a rental. Multiple ways to make coffee plus a good selection of spices and condiments. Comfy beds and very nice furnishings. Absolutely top notch rental experience.

Family Vacation

My family has been vacationing in Oxford since I was a child, and it was such a joy to return with my husband and our two children. This house is perfectly located, a short walk to town for shops and dining, as well as to the playground. We spent hours on the screened in porch, and my son loved watching the boats from the beautiful dock. Property managers truly thought of everything. we could need inside the house. We can’t wait to come again! Absolutely perfect!

Oxford perfection

My friends and I thoroughly enjoy our time in Oxford for a fishing weekend. The house has everything and is very well maintained, decorated, and clean! The location is fantastic with easy walk to nearby restaurants, market, and town shops. The people of Oxford are gracious and inviting. The hosts were very responsive and provided very clear information and check in was breeze. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect house in the ideal location

Exceptional property

We were so impressed with this beautiful property. From the amazing and well stocked house to the beautiful porch, backyard and dock, it was a perfect vacation spot. The owners were extremely responsive and very professional. We would highly recommend this property.

Immaculate and Serene

My extended family was in Oxford for a christening and a wedding. Ceilidh was perfect in every way: luxurious bedding, ample room to gather between events and walking distance to church, coffee shop and scenic parks. The lovely dock was a bonus and watching the boats and birds was an unexpected pleasure. Thank you Penny for allowing us to enjoy such a lovely property.

Quiet and Charming

Process to schedule and check in was straight forward and followed directions that were provided. Sheets and linens were helpful to have provided and beds were very comfortable. Great house and comfortable.

Heavenly family weekend

This house was perfect. We wanted to bring my mother-in-law back to Oxford after a nice visit last year but wanted to stay closer to town, and we needed it to work for our 10 and 12 year old kids. This house for the bill. It was spotless, beautifully decorated while still comfortable, and it was incredibly well stocked with the things you’d need for a weekend—paper towels, shampoo, etc. The kids would happily run around the spacious back yard while my MIL read on the incredible screened porch, and we walked the block and a half to the coffee shop, general store, and park every morning. We even rented kayaks from Dockside that we took out every morning and evening. We went into St Michael’s each day for lunch and to window shop but it was nice to come back to quieter Oxford and have those lovely water views from the house. The beds were even comfortable! We would love to come back again!!

Beautiful retreat

The house was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was nicely equipped and had top rate appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and a charming coffee shop and bookstore are a 5 min walk away. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.
