In a natural setting between sandy beaches and hills with fragrant maquis, come discover this haven of peace just minutes away from the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. Located in the municipality of La Londe-les-Maures, between Bormes-les-Mimosas and Hyères, 45 minutes from Saint-Tropez, 15 minutes from the center of La Londe-Les-Maures, 16 minutes from Argentière Beach, 20 minutes from L'Estagnol Beach, Hyères beaches, Toulon-Hyères Airport, and the pier for the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Levant). Numerous activities are at your disposal, including wine tours, cultural outings, hiking, horseback riding, island visits, boat rentals, jet skiing, cycling, kayaking, paddleboarding, kite courses, wing-foil, windsurfing, and scuba diving.
The estate is home to a golf course created in 1964, the Valcros Golf, which features an 18-hole course spread over 45 hectares adorned with lakes and lined with cork oaks, mimosas, and strawberry trees, with an international reputation.

The entrance is on the main level, featuring a spacious living/dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen, all immersed in a Mediterranean decor opening onto a large terrace with sea and pool views. Also at your disposal is an office space equipped with high-speed internet/fiber connection.

A first bedroom with 2 twin beds (80*200), en-suite bathroom and private toilet, storage, air conditioning, direct access to the terrace and pool, sea view.
An independent air-conditioned bedroom with 4 bunk beds (90*190), a bathroom with toilet, and direct access to the garden, terrace, and pool, sea view.
On the 1st level, two double bedrooms:
A double bedroom with 1 Kingsize bed (180*200), storage, air conditioning, private terrace, stunning sea and pool views.
A double bedroom with 2 twin beds (80*200), storage, private terrace, stunning sea and pool views.
A bathroom/shower, a separate toilet.
At your disposal, two garages, parking for two vehicles inside the villa premises, and outside the villa.
Heated pool (8x5M) maintained at 25 degrees/ salt treatment/ secured by an alarm. Regular weekly maintenance.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit €2000 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to the current rate).
Bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival, towels provided, weekly cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Optional services: Possibility of additional cleaning and linen change during the stay, at an additional cost.
