Three Suites Lodge, Full Private Bathrooms!

Three Suites Lodge is perfect for two types of travelers: those who want to have a quiet, accommodating place to relax, work, or visit with relatives, and those who want an ideal base from which to explore Bozeman, the Gallatin Valley, and all of southwest Montana!
For those who want to stay closer to home, Three Suites is just minutes from a public golf course, a beautiful river fishing access, restaurants, bars, a trampoline park, Montana Indoor Sports and Bozeman Hot Springs Resort, plus downtown Bozeman is only 10 minutes away. The family-friendly North Star subdivision has multiple parks, walking/biking trails and a seasonal creek. The house also has a fenced yard for four-legged friends.
We also provide in-home entertainment options such as HBO Max, ESPN and Disney+, and for all those devices, don't worry--we've got great WiFi through the house that is plenty fast enough for your work or entertainment needs, including gaming.
For those seeking adventure, there are tons of options. For starters, you can walk to the Gallatin River in about 10 minutes for fishing, wading, floating and swimming. Going further afield, the house is located in 4 Corners, a community defined by the two highways that meet there (the name refers to this intersection.)
Montana Highway 84, better known locally as Norris Road, will take you west towards the Tobacco Root Mountains. Along the way you'll find the Madison River (a very popular fishing and floating river,) Norris Hot Springs and, eventually, the Madison Valley, Ennis Lake and the city of Ennis, MT. Keep going to reach Virginia City, Montana's old territorial capital and a popular tourist attraction.
Taking the other road from 4 Corners, a southwards drive on US Highway 191 (known locally as Gallatin Canyon Road) will take you past the Bozeman Hot Springs and the tiny old-west town of Gallatin Gateway before plunging you into the Gallatin River canyon, leading eventually to Big Sky and, a little further on, West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park.
(One other note on the location: we're also very close to several popular wedding venues and the house is a very popular pick for wedding guests!)

Perfect sized home (big rooms, plenty of space), great location (we spent time in Big Sky, Bozeman, went white water rafting, fishing), house had all the kitchen tools for making meals, quiet neighborhood, etc. Very happy w our stay! Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

Very nice home in an excellent neighborhood….about 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman so you can relax and not be bothered by the city noise. Totally fenced in yard for you dog..that was great. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend this listing.

Great House Close to Town and Mountain

We had a wonderful time staying here on our snowboarding trip at Big Sky! It was a great location for hitting the slopes and exploring Bozeman. The house was spacious and cozy. Also, Erik was very helpful and responsive.

Nicely designed, built and furnished house in a good location

71 year old grandpa, 2 sons and 5 grandsons rented the place for three days while skiing at Big Sky and Bridger Bowl Resorts. Enjoyed Bozeman Hot Springs each evening. Our second time staying here. Very roomy and well managed and maintained.

Great week here for our son’s wedding. It was in a great place to go between Bozeman and the wedding venue, the woodlands at cottonwood canyon. We enjoyed being so close to coffee and donuts and stores. We had a large family staying here and the house worked great. It had huge closets!! Big enough to make into a baby bedroom. Only thing we struggled with was the dryer. Took several cycles to get things dry but that’s probably an easy fix.

Terrific place to gather family!

We. Extended family came to honor my dad at his memorial. I was able to have my family meet with my sisters and some of their family and my kids during the days around the memorial! So great to have a place big enough and well furnished for some extended family time!

Lovely , quiet neighborhood. The space and floor plan of this home assuredly delivers the R&R we needed! Accessible to Mountain trails and wonderful downtown Bozeman, we really hated to leave- Thanks so much!!

Comfortable Home!

This house was a great size for our family. Wonderful that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. It was in a great location as well. Owner communicated well. The only complaint would be the house could use a deep cleaning. Other than that it was a great, comfortable place!

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

This was the perfect spot for our three couples! Three private BRs and three baths! Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown, restaurants, and other local attractions. The Museum of the Rockies and the American Computer & Robotics Museum are nearby and must-sees! Recommend this place! Thanks for sharing!

Family Celebration in Montana

We rented the house because my family and my sister’s family were meeting in Montana. I have two kids and she has two teenagers. We all loved staying at the house! So convenient because each room had a bathroom and another half bath downstairs. Plenty of room and great kitchen for cooking. Neighbors were friendly and the house was easy to get to. Loved the convenience of parking in the garage as well! Would stay here again!

Great Family Home

It was a perfect set up with 3 bedrooms, all with plenty of space and beds, and separate bathrooms, plus a guest bathroom! We loved the set up for our family. There is no hot tub, as listed, it's a large bathtub in the master bath. The lawn was overgrown and dying. There appears to be a sprinkler system, but it wasn't turned on. Based on the height of the shoots from trees growing in the lawn and the height of the thistles, it seems it has been a long time since anyone has touched the yard. It was a nice, enclosed yard with potential! Minor things, and overall a nice family spot! They had games a pack n play, a nice walking trail and a few nearby parks.

Review

Owner did not communicate very well. The owners were still in the house at 5 pm, our check in time was 4:30. There were no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen. And empty shampoo and soap containers in all the showers

Arik and Rachel have lived in Montana for over twenty years. Arik grew up sixty miles east of Bozeman, while Rachel hails from Michigan. They met in Michigan at college, married and moved to Bozeman where they continued school at Montana State University. After graduating, they just couldn't leave, and have been here ever since. They love this town and this valley and all that is offered to those who live or visit here. After managing this vacation rental as part of Arik's family's business for 5 years, in 2021 they took over the business themselves to continue offering visitors to Bozeman a great place to stay. They're very knowledgeable about the area and are happy to answer questions or make suggestions, and they're eager to welcome you to Bozeman!
