Here in the Heart of Bozeman life can be whatever you want: quiet and simple or exciting and adventurous--all in the same day! Get to know our community from this beautiful vacation home, which easily and comfortably sleeps up to 14 people. The Walton Homestead subdivision is a quiet and inviting neighborhood with a family-friendly atmosphere and views of the Bridger Mountains. The yard and an open space behind the house gives kids and four-legged friends a place to stretch their legs and there's a full park and playground less than one block away. It's the perfect place from which to begin your adventures, whether you're staying in the city of Bozeman or venturing further afield to explore southwestern Montana!
Being at almost the exact geographic center of Bozeman, you'll be minutes away from everything: shopping, groceries, fine dining, fast food, the Gallatin Valley Mall, gyms, hiking (at multiple regional parks within city limits,) coffee shops, bars, cinemas, live theater, music venues, spas and salons, bowling, the Bozeman Swim Center, the Bozeman Beach, churches, not to mention the real reason so many people want to visit Bozeman--the skiing, fishing, golfing, hiking, camping, climbing and dozens of other outdoor activities the people of this town love so much!
After a busy day in the Gallatin Valley, enjoy one of Bozeman's dozens of restaurants or come home to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen or the grill out on your private patio and ply your chef skills. There are 7 grocery stores less than 5 minutes from the house, plus we provide a few items in the pantry--help yourself!
Enjoy our entertainment options, including Hulu, Disney+, HBO, ESPN and dozens of TV channels to choose from, plus (of course) you can log into your own services like Netflix or Pandora. There are two televisions, one in the living room downstairs and another in the family room upstairs. And for all those devices, don't worry--we've got great WiFi through the house that is plenty fast enough for your work or entertainment needs, including gaming.
Whether you're on vacation or working in the valley, we've outfitted our home to be YOUR home while you're here. We are excited to welcome you to Bozeman, and to invite you to enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer!

Spacious and comfortable

Great family location. Lots of good bedding and sleeping spaces. Large open kitchen and family room area. Nice residential neighborhood. Close to everything- downtown Bozeman, grocery stores, MSU campus, outdoor recreation, etc.

Bozeman Parent Weekend 2024

Arrived on Thursday super late and had no issues getting into it. 3 families shared the property with siblings of those at MSU. Super busy weekend but a great time. Property was great.

Bozeman Wedding Gathering

We were in Bozeman for three nights for my son's wedding. We shared the house with my other son, daughter and their spouses. The house was great -- spacious, clean, well-stocked and in a convenient location. Arik and Rachel are a pleasure to deal with.

Convenient spacious family friendly home.

We loved the floor space for young toddlers to run around. The bedrooms were nice sized for four couples and their toddlers. Pack and plays were available. We were close to many sites such as downtown, the county fairgrounds, grocery stores, and hiking trails.

it was a great house to spend Christmas in. I would have liked to have seen a small sectional in the living room so that more people could watch TV at the same time. also because it was over a holiday it would have been nice to have a holiday theme as one of the options

So Homey

We are avid vacation renters and this one ranks in the top of our list. We travel to We traveled to Bozeman for a wedding, and had no idea where anything was. This was a perfect location to all of the venues including an awesome downtown/Main Street and Montana State. This property rates as number one in all of our rentals as the best kitchen ever... We cooked most of he time.... and loved how homey the house is. This property rates a 10 out of 10 from us and the Grossfields and Meadowlark were awesome to deal with. If we ever return to Bozeman we will certainly rent again.

Nice Place for Families to Stay in Bozeman

We were in Bozeman to celebrate the marriage of our oldest son. Our two other children, their spouses and 4 grandkids were all there. The location of the house was great, being only about 5 minutes from everything, especially groceries and coffee. We had a dinner gathering of all 12 of us in the kitchen and living area one night and everyone fit just fine! There is a small park just down the street for the kids and a nice patio in the back for the adults to gather in the evening. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, except for some traffic out front in the morning and evening, nothing major though. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We'd stay here again if the need arises

Arik and Rachel have lived in Montana for over twenty years. Arik grew up sixty miles east of Bozeman, while Rachel hails from Michigan. They met in Michigan at college, married and moved to Bozeman where they continued school at Montana State University. After graduating, they just couldn't leave, and have been here ever since. They love this town and this valley and all that is offered to those who live or visit here. After managing this vacation rental as part of Arik's family's business for 5 years, in 2021 they took over the business themselves to continue offering visitors to Bozeman a great place to stay. They're very knowledgeable about the area and are happy to answer questions or make suggestions, and they're eager to welcome you to Bozeman!
