On the 1st floor, an apartment with a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a small kitchenette. A sofa bed. Air-conditioned, no Wi-Fi.

On the second floor: a large, air-conditioned living room with Wi-Fi and TV, a built-in kitchen, and a large terrace with a pool. One air-conditioned bedroom with a 180 bed, a bathroom, a walk-in closet, and, a few steps away, another air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, a study opening onto the third terrace, and a bathroom.

The villa is not suitable for guests with limited mobility due to the numerous stairs connecting the different levels.

It is rented without hotel services but with some maintenance services:
—pool maintenance by an outside contractor once a week,
—watering the palm trees once a week,
—cleaning between tenants.

It is ideally located with a sweeping view of the bay and walking access to the beaches of Roses, the harbor, and downtown.
CADAQUES, FIGUERES, and BARCELONA are all less than an hour away.
The coves of CANYELLES and ALMADRAVA are just a few minutes away by car.
The town of ROSES offers a wide range of water activities, including swimming, windsurfing, boat rentals, organized boat tours, jet skiing, and more. A music bar/nightclub is a 3-minute drive away in CANYELLES and 10 minutes away at Emporia. Mini-golf is a 5-minute drive away, pitch-and-putt is 10 minutes away, and the PERALADA golf course is 20 minutes away.
