Quiet neighborhood. Was expecting noise from nearby interstate but we had no issues. Easy access to downtown and the convention center. We will likely stay here again for our visit next year. Very comfortable stay.

We stayed 3 nights at this place and we appreciated how accessible and quick to respond our host was. The apartment was cozy, the bed was comfy and we felt very safe. We also appreciated having offstreet parking.

Great stay

This property is as advertised and very quant. It was perfect for my wife and I. It is located close to everything to do in Shreveport. It has everything one will need to cook and clean. The bed is comfortable and the theme of the apartment is perfect. Richard the host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. If I return to Shreveport I will rent again.

Vaca Getaway

We had a great time in Shreveport and staying at Richards property. It was a great place to stay, with easy drives to all the hot casinos. Although it got a little cold outside we were nice and toasty inside and the bed was super comfortable. I will definitely be looking this place next time we travel to Shreveport.

AVIOD he’s a peeping Tom!!!!!!

on the check-in instructions, he never gave us the code to the lock box. I’m glad I noticed otherwise the day we got there we would’ve been praying he was awake and answered and we would’ve been stranded outside. Heads up this is NOT a place to yourself you SHARE WITH THE HOST. Their home is 5 feet from the property. the place was completely disgusting filled with dust bunnies and cobwebs. It seems it has never been cleaned. The host likes to spy on the camera facing the door. When we were unloading our belongings, the host messaged me saying I noticed you bought a dog. It’s my service dog. They also spy and like to set off the camera alarms if they assume you’re smoking, vaping ppl, ring camera does not make a cigarette smoke detection camera as the host said. That’s a lie. We left before our stay was up because of the CAMERA SPYING! It’s a 2 way audio camera so you can here him breathing when he is watching it’s CREEPY! VRBO it’s supposed to be a private home to yourself not a shared space where your watched via cameras…. I felt so uncomfortable I bought a camera finder to sweep the place to make sure he wasn’t spying on the inside. The thing went off a few time INSIDE but I couldn’t find any camera without breaking stuff so BEWARE! This place SHOULD NOT BE A VRBO! Neighbors said he goes into the place when the guests leave for dinner or something?!?!!!! We got lucky he was out of town but imagine if he was home?!?!

Property is just like the pictures, lovely home perfect for couples! The area felt safe and quiet. One night the neighbor decided to have very loud music at 3am but we turned the window unit and we were able to block the music. Definitely recommend it

Convenient location, comfortable accommodations

We loved our two night stay in Bossier City with dedicated parking spot. A private little roost above it all! Accommodations were extremely comfortable and well appointed with regionally flavored decor. Loved the little local cats guarding the entranceway.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! From the New Orleans theme all the way through the house, to just how cute and simple the set up was. Everything thing you need for a weekend getaway with your spouse is at your finger tips. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! Shreveport is our fav getaway. Great anniversary trip!

Great Getaway Spot

This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Very convenient location. Even being very close to the interstate the noise inside was barely noticeable. The furnishings were very comfortable. Richard was a great host! Would definitely stay again!

2 night stay

Apartment was accurately described. It is cozy, and had all the essentials. We stayed two nights and it was very close to the Brookshire arena where we spent most of our time. Bed and pillows were comfy. My recommendation would be to install a light by the door to the laundry room. We did laundry in the evening and I would have felt safer in a well lit area. I would stay here again, the host was easy to reach and responded quickly! Thank you!!

Great Experience

I was recently transitioning to the Shreveport/Bossier area for a career opportunity. I stayed here for the first several weeks as I settled into the area. This apartment is in great shape, furnishings are nice and is located within close proximity to the East Bank District in Bossier, with several convenient food and drink options. The property owner was welcoming. Would stay here again.
