Lovely and very cozy home away from home, with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. High ceilings, original wood flooring and the living room, formal dining room and kitchen offer an open concept. Plenty of comfy seating and a large Smart TV in the living room. Full of timeless charm. Newly added recessed lighting, large backyard and long attached driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. Wonderful for traveling family looking for a safe and quiet street close to the medical centers, schools, and shopping! NOTE: There is a long term tenant that stays in the garage apartment that’s not apart of your stay.

We had a great stay with family and enjoyed the house and its amenities. The house is very spacious and full of character and charm. It has all of the amenities and supplies that you'd need for a stay. Owner was very quick to respond to questions and requests, and we had groceries waiting for us when we arrived and checked in. We will definitely stay again when visiting Shreveport!

The yellow door

Lovely house. Nice and comfortable rooms and a quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Not very far at all from the casinos or places to eat or even a grocery store. Had a very small problem with the smallest ants I’ve ever seen, but they had ant spray so we got rid of them. I would love to stay there again and hope that we are able too. Thank you for opening your home to my family!!

“Perfect Home for Our Shoot – 5 Stars!”

We rented this beautiful home to film a short commercial, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and provided the ideal setting for our shoot. The host was wonderful—responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch rental!

Great House In A Great Neighborhood!

Love The Hardwood

The property owner was very quick to reply to any questions prior to our arrival. The property has so much character, and each room tells it own story. I loved the hardwood floors, and my toddler had a ball playing with his trucks because we've carpeted floors! Just beware the bathroom is extremely cold, and there was no heat source in the bathroom that I could find, so there was no soaking in the tub. Come to think of it, I didn't notice any vents. That was the reason I gave it 4/5 stars overall.

Beautiful home, well stocked with all of the essentials, and very kids friendly!! Cute little backyard for kids to burn off some energy and lots of parking. Will book again for our Shreveport trips!

Christmas Stay

My fiance and my parents stayed here over the Christmas holiday as we were visiting family in town. We had a lovely and cozy stay and were delightfully surprised to find that our hosts had decorated the rental with Christmas decorations for the occasion. Would definitely stay again.

Charming cottage feel

There were a couple of negatives but overall my family of four enjoyed our stay. The house and the neighborhood are older and that definitely added charm. It was quiet and family friendly; we felt very safe. The night we arrived the temperature dropped, and we found parts of the house were quite chilly. In addition to central heat, though, there are small heaters in a couple of the bedrooms which helped a lot. The beds and the bedding were also comfortable and warm, so we all slept well. The house is raised off the ground, however, so the floors were always cold, especially at night. Despite some cosmetic issues due to age, the house was stylish, clean and well stocked. We would stay again, but maybe only when the weather is warmer.
