It features 2 rooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. There are 2 modern bathrooms as well. Located on the 9th floor, the apartment boasts a very contemporary style and is conveniently next to Miami City Center.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the unit, and a minimum contract of 1 month is required.
Important: I MUST INFORM YOU THAT THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR AN IMMINENT TIME DUE TO MAINTENANCE.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided with extra cost.
