Los baños no eran privados , no el de la habitacion principal, el sofa cama no es comodo, deben mejorar , el ingreso al edificio es un poco confuso y el porton durante mi estadia de 7 noches estuvo dos dias y dos noches totalmente abierto, parece que se estaba averiando.

Clean and Centrally Located Apartment

The apartment was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Check-in was easy. Host responded promptly to all questions. Parking was secure and plentiful.The building itself, however, looks a bit rundown. The kitchen in our unit was a disappointment as it was very poorly equipped (cookware is old and scarce, toaster doesn’t work, microwave is rusted inside, and there is no dishwasher).Even though we were unable to prepare any meals during our 5-night stay, our family of 5 had an overall pleasant experience.

The Location was excellent location. Property is an older building but for the price and location it worked perfect.

Good place

Good place to call home for short stay. Had most of the things within 10 mins distance. The place felt very secured as compared to many areas where we drove by.

Uninhabitable. Should not be on VRBO.

Broken sofa, wireless internet so slow you couldn't stream anything on TV without buffering, not enough cookware to prepare meals, and a pipe burst flooding the place (not the first time apparently) led to us having to leave. Nobody from LOWKL showed up. It was 9:30pm and their call center person did find two unoccupied studios in the building that we could move to. I wasn't thrilled about my teenage daughter staying alone, but at that hour there wasn't much else we could do. The following morning we left the Virginia Garden building and went to a hotel at 2x the price for much less space for the remainder of our trip. I requested a refund from LOWKL. They did not want to refund my money. They tried to say I could return to the apartment even though when you walked on the floor, water came up from under the flooring. After much back and forth over text (they never called), they agreed to refund 3 out of the 4 nights, but insisted on keeping all of the "Host Fee". I paid an awful lot for one night in a place that never should have been rented.

Simple and Functional

The property is well maintained and the included car park is a big plus. Our stay went smoothly without any issues. Only setback was the old kitchen utensils which made it difficult to cook for our kids. Apart from that the place lived up to all our needs and expectations.

Don't always trust the pictures

The pictures of this unit made it look like a cute little modern condo. In reality, it was more like a renovated motel room. The picture shown on VRBO was NOT the unit we stayed in. I"m sure they used the same staged model for all their listings. Door code would not work upon arrival. Had to get Maintenance Stood there for 20 minutes. No hot water when I got in....had to get maintenance again. after taking a cold shower, he came and said you have to let it run for at least 5 minutes before you get hot water. It was more like 10-12 minutes. Just annoying. Kitchen: not well equipped. Tiny 4 cup coffee maker, Toaster oven did not work. Ran out of the small amounts of sugar, salt pepper, ect....that they provided. Bedrooms: Super flat pillows. Sheets were old, stained. and so stretched out that the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed throughout the night. Towels were small , rough, and wouldn't dry because of the humidity. So, we used the same wet towels the whole stay. Living room: Super small couch only fit 2 people. Some people ended up sitting in really uncomfortable kitchen chairs when we were trying to relax and hang out. Bring coins if you want to do laundry (its not in the condo, its down the hall)Overall, we were disappointed.

Deceiving

Don't believe the pictures, nothing was like the pictures. They said there are multiple units but never stated that until we complained. The couch was missing a leg, the water pressure in one bathroom was nonexistent, all the closet doors were broken, all the chairs and dining room table were wobbly, there was mold and water damage in master bedroom. They were accomodating and refunded us so we could move to a different location.
