Perfect getaway!

Enjoy everything Green Valley has to offer from this 2 bed, 2 bath, light and spacious unit is Casa Paloma 1 an age restricted HOA. At least one tenant must be age 55 or older. Just minutes from 7 golf courses and 26 miles from everything Tucson has to offer. Light and bright spacious living room with 55" smart TV & beehive gas fireplace. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The back patio has covered and uncovered seating areas and is private with large tree for shade in the hot afternoon. The front patio is the perfect place to enjoy your morning beverage.

After a busy day of hiking, hitting the links, or whatever fun you've had, retreat into the living room, turn on the 55" flat-screen smart TV and relax.

Kitchen is fully appointed and has everything a cook will need and there is a gas grill on the patio.

The master bedroom features a wooden dresser, flat-screen TV, two closets and a King bed with a memory foam top mattress that will usher you right to sleep after a day of adventures.

The town home features covered parking spot and a lovely front gated patio.

Casa Paloma pool is just steps away and all of the Green Valley Recreation centers are available for use with a small additional fee.

Our host was very welcoming and immediately responsive with any questions or needs we had. The townhome was well-stocked and furnished with all amenities we needed. The location was very convenient to local businesses and easy access to the freeway and main roads. We were very pleased with this property and enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to stay. Had everything you could need. Having 2 bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready in the morning. Bedrooms were great. Lots of closet and drawer space. Nice to have washer/dryer - we didn't use dryer because there were 2 drying racks plus a line you could hang clothes on. It was a really cute and cozy place! Also had a front and back patio-loved using the back patio in the mornings after a walk! Kitchen had about anything you would need! Hopefully will be able to use this again as it was within a half mile of family!!

Relaxing Casa Paloma

My wife and I stayed at this property to attend a grandchild's high school graduation. The location was perfect. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet. The home is roomy with a pleasant backyard area. It is generously stocked with toiletry items, kitchen supplies and an instruction book that covers all relevant aspects of the property.

Just what we hoped for

The condo was just as described. Everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room included a much appreciated recliner, the internet was fast. The owner was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Fyi... if you're a golfer there are many nice courses within 20 miles. The 19th hole, a great bar and grill, is within walking distance. The

January Escape

Great location within steps of the pool and the Los Companas Rec center. The condo had everything we needed and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. Very clean. Would stay there again if we return to Green Valley!

Everything was as expected lots of little extras

We were there a week on family business, so this was home base a place to sleep, eat, shower and work, the computer monitor was an extra bonus allowing us to work with 2 monitors.

Quiet property with ample Space

To spite the attached nature of these townhomes, I never even heard a tv or anything here. It was silent. And people were around! The finishes in the unit are quite out of date—but that’s what impressed me all the more about the cleaning of the property. Older finishes are hard to make sparkle. But sparkle this place does.

Everything needed

We found everything we needed including comfortable beds, kitchen and laundry facilities and it was conveniently located close to where we wanted to go. Michelle was a great host, responding in a timely manner and even left the lights on for us when I let her know, we would be arriving late. I can highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Great for small vehicles

We drove a large pickup truck which was not easy to get in and out of the only parking spot (in the car port). On our last day we got a U Haul trailer which doesn’t work in this neighborhood at all. Everything else was very nice! The property was quite comfortable and very clean. If we had been driving a car, there would have been no problem at all

Cute place

Cute, older place that had almost everything we needed. Thrilled to know a printer was available, but the black ink was out. There were several, mostly minor cleanliness concerns, which unfortunately went unacknowledged by the owner. Otherwise, it was totally fine for a 5 night stay - not luxurious, but we did not expect that from the listing. I would recommend this property for a short stay.
