Our family condo is a waterfront 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom condo located in the private Deerfield Neighborhood. The condo is a two story style penthouse with lofted ceilings in the living room. The unit is well equipped with everything you will need while enjoying your stay on the lake. Renting the condo also includes an uncovered boat slip right outside your unit. Both floors have private balconies access from the living room and the two master suites. Two of the bedrooms have a king beds and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a hallway bathroom.

We stay at Deerfield everytime we go to Norris and this condo was one of our favorites! It was super clean and spacious and had a beautiful view. It was perfect!

Relaxing lake getaway

We have stayed in the Deerfield area for the past several years and really enjoyed this place. Beautiful location and lots of space to never feel crowded. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Fabulous family get-away!

We had such a fun time - thoroughly enjoyed our first time at Norris Lake. The condo was fabulous - even better than the pictures showed. Plenty of space for a large group with enough beds & bathrooms for everyone. Nice big deck with lots of seating, a Well-equipped kitchen, clean, and just overall, a very nice condo! And John was SUPER nice & accommodating as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view of Lake Norris.

We had 8 adults spending a long weekend in this condo. There was plenty of room but still had enough privacy. It was super cute and clean. We had a great time boating and floating. It was our first time at Lake Norris, we were impressed with how clean the lake was. We stopped at different marinas for a drink or a bite to eat. Lots of fun and a beautiful place. If there is a downside, it’s the 93 steps from the dock to the front door. Whew!!

If you like your time on the water, this condo is set perfectly. Great view looking out over Norris with a slip for the boat. Owner communication and check in process top notch. Would do this one again and again!

Great property! Location is fantastic with great views of Deerfield cove. Love that you can just walk down the steps to your boat. Condo was very clean, and lay-out was perfect. Definitely recommend this Condo and will rent again.

Great Thanksgiving Vacation

We loved this condo and had a great family Thanksgiving. Check in was easy and we loved going for walks and seeing all the deer around. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Trip

We stayed at this property as part of a sales reward trip. There was 8 adults. It was very well equipped, in great shape and very convenient. Make sure you look through everything when you get there because there's a lot more than listed. Lots of extras. Beds are very comfy, and bathrooms are nice and clean. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Beautiful Home

This home is perfect for a quiet stay on Norris Lake. The views from the balconies are fantastic with plenty of outdoor furniture for your group. The kitchen has everything you need plus more. We had ample amount of space to cook for 6 people. The bedrooms have comfortable beds. You can see your boat from the condo with the boat slip that is included. The internet works well for keeping in touch with people back home. The host is very responsive. I give this property an A+!

My wife and I purchased the condo in 2020 and hope to use as much as possible with our 3 children. In the meantime while they are all busy in a variety of activities we want to share the joys of Norris Lake and the Deerfield community with others.

We love all things watersports! Deerfield is on a great part of the lake with the slips right out our back door, a neighborhood pool, a community golf course, a boat launch, and a wonderful tiki bar!

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom! Sleeps 12 in comfy beds. You are steps away from the private boat slips.... no driving, no launching the boat each day walk down the stairs and off you go!
