Goin’ Coastal! Cheerful, beachy decor makes this condo a sweet getaway! Gulf View. Short 5- 7 minute walk to the beach. Sleeps 6. 1 BR, 1.5 BA. 4th floor unit overlooks 3 gorgeous over-sized swimming pools (one pool is heated for a few days between Oct 1 and Jan 1) The spacious balcony also overlooks a private resort lake and has very nice views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Fully-equipped kitchen. Breakfast bar with 4 stools. Tile Floors, TVs , Internet/Cable Svc. Washer and Dryer located inside the condo. Tennis/Pickle ball/Basketball/Golf Resort. Restaurants, shopping, and family fun venues are close by. Kick back at the end of a fun-filled day at the beach to enjoy spectacular sunsets on the balcony. The balcony features an outdoor dining table for 6 and double sliding glass doors into the indoor living area. Magnetic shower head in the bathroom makes bathing your kiddos so easy! Must be over 25 to rent this condo.
Snowbirds welcome Jan - Feb. Will consider renting to snowbirds through March.

Each year, we leave two beach chairs and one umbrella at no extra charge, for our guests to use at the beach. If these items are broken or missing, they will not be replaced until the next year. ** Please note: We cannot guarantee the chairs and umbrella will be available when you visit. Please plan accordingly. **

You must bring your own beach towels. Do not use the condo bath towels for the beach or the pool.

Linda and Jerry were very welcoming and did an excellent job of keeping us informed before and during our trip. The amenities were outstanding and we did not need or want a thing that was not available. We had a fantastic stay and plan on visiting again! Truly a five star rating is deserved! We have stayed in ariel dunes before. We are glad to have booked our favorite spot, with our amazing host Linda. Definitely coming back again, and hoping Linda’s condo is available for our future stays.

We enjoyed the condo, it was clean , plenty of room , close to beach , just a short walk 5 minute to beach . Pools grills on site. Liked the big table on patio.

Peaceful Family Location

This unit was just as pictured online, a short walk down to the beach with beautiful, clean pools! Being on the 4th floor elevators were no problem which makes a big difference with multiple people going up and down throughout the day. Parking is easy, close to the back road so you can travel to restaurants & other fun activities. The room was also cleaned when we arrived at 3pm which is a big deal being we have arrived to units and had to wait until after 4pm for them to complete cleaning. We had no complaints and would stay here again!

Great choice!

This is a great property right across the street from the beach and close enough to walk to many restaurants! The Circle K is only a few blocks away, which was perfect to get snacks, coffee in the morning etc. Linda’s place was very perfect location right as you get off the elevator, we loved it and a beautiful view of the three pools! We for sure will book this place again!

Cute, comfy, great location!

My husband and I came from Michigan for a 3 day Music Festival held on site at Seacape. This place was absolutely perfect! Close to beach, pool, and venue. Linda is very responsive and and wonderful host. She is very accommodating. We love to travel. I would stay here again in a heart beat. If we come back for another Festival, we will.

My name is Linda and my husband's name is Jerry. We are a blended family. Between us we have four adult children, 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. We live in Georgia, just north of Atlanta.

When my children were very young, I used to take them to Destin for our summer vacation. We have many fond memories of those trips. I fell in love with the crystal clear turquoise water and the sugar-white sand on the beaches of the Destin area. I dreamed that someday I would own a place near the beach. (I am originally from Miami, Florida, so the beach is in my DNA.)

Fast forward about 35 years and the dream to own a vacation property near the Gulf of Mexico came true. Since we cannot live in Destin full-time, we choose to rent our condo to short term vacationers so others can enjoy it in our absence. Our hope is that you will create beautiful memories of your own here, and make a visit to our condo an annual family tradition.

Our condo is located on the 4th floor overlooking the three enormous swimming pools that belong to Ariel Dunes II. There are very nice views of the Gulf of Mexico that can be seen from the balcony, or even while standing in the kitchen. (If you get stuck doing the dishes, you'll have a great view to make the task more enjoyable.)

Amenities include golf, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, biking, swimming, gym and steam room. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The arcade in the plaza at the front of the resort is a real hit with kids of all ages.
