Lots of Great updates!
New smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. New living room furniture including a new sleeper sofa. New queen bed in the 2nd bedroom.
This gorgeous condo is located on the 12th floor & has a huge balcony that can be accessed from the living room & master bedroom. The views are breathtaking!!!!

Kitchen has granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal. This unit also has a dining room table which has seating for six.

The gorgeous living room has a new wall mounted 65'' smart screen TV. In the living room there is a new sectional sofa that has a queen sleeper sofa and a new ottoman. The master bedroom has a wall mounted 55" smart TV, king bed with beautiful furnishings and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed & 43" smart TV. The unit has washer & dryer in the laundry room.

Ariel Dunes 2 is a 24 story tower with 3 huge pools over 11,000 sq ft. The pools includes one heated pool, mushroom fountain, and jetted water features. The Cabana Cafe is the ground floor of the building next door and has a full service restaurant & bar. Thursdays, Friday , Saturday nights & Sunday Brunch please treat yourself to some awesome music and entertainment. They have a family atmosphere & they love the the kids to join them on stage.

Awesome, clean and comfortable condo close to the beach!

I spent 9 days at this condo and it was amazing! There is not one thing I would change! It was clean, comfortable and close to the beach! This condo has everything and one person or a family could need for their vacation! My stay was awesome and I will definitely be back to this location again soon!

Awesome view

This stay was perfect for our family. The location is a short walk to the beach and when the tides were high, our family was able to enjoy the pools. Would definitely stay here again. Property manager responded promptly to texts and emails.

Wonderful property

This property was great! Convenient location and great view! The pools were nice and not too crowded. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean! Just a short walk to the beach. I would book again without hesitation.

July vacation

The property was clean and beautiful. It has an amazing view of the ocean and it is close to everything. I stayed with my kids and my parents and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful Gulf View and Updated Interior

We have stayed in Seascape multiple multiple times. This condo was very clean with comfortable new furniture. Julie kept us informed all the way through and was great to work with. The view of the gulf is incredible and all the fireworks were beautiful on the 4th. 5 star property and 5 star host!

Amazing views!

Just returned from an awesome weekend. The views are amazing. The condo was very comfortable and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Julie communication was amazing. She texted to let us know the property was ready for us and any questions we had throughout she promptly answered them. Only con....the condo is on the older side, so some updates in the bathrooms are needed but it didn’t take away from our stay.

The condo felt just like home. There were time where we all watched tv and cooked pizza like we were at our house. The views!! The views are prettier than the pictures, as soon as we opened the front door we were happy with the view of the gulf. Condo has everything you need for the week. Awesome stay.

We had a beach wedding planned for 4th of July weekend so we booked this property for a few days before and afterward. What a beautiful condo. Perfectly clean. It had plenty of space for us to entertain our family who came into town for the wedding. The pools were amazing and we enjoyed them a few times during our stay. We didn’t have beach chairs but we could easily rent some from The Surf Shop on the main floor of Ariel Dunes II. Julie was wonderful to work with. Before, during and after our stay she was responsive, helpful, friendly and did a great job. She helped make our stay and our wedding even better!!

Loved the condo! The view too!

Our stay was awesome! Condo was nicely furnished to fit our accommodations of 5 adults 1 teen. Appliances available for cooking were a plus. Laundry room came in real handy too. Loved the light dimmers in each room. The balcony view from the 12th flooor was good too (got to lounge every morning with coffee in hand). The close proximity to beach was very convenient. The communication with management was on point. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Julie for all your assistance!

Check in was a breeze. Received text messages along the way. Let me know the condo. Was ready early. Everything was set up beautifully. I did receive receive a parking violation because I did not fill out the pink tag that I hang on my review mirror.. the kitchen was perfect. Everything was there coffee pot, toaster pots, and pans plates, cups silverware big ice box. Everything was wonderful. Kitchen was a great location.

When we first walked in the condo was so pretty - beautiful view off the 12th floor balcony! Kitchen was well stocked - great wash room area so no taking home dirty clothes. We cooked breakfast in the unit most mornings except once we went to the donut hole GO BEFORE 8 or you’ll wait 30-45 min . We would eat dinner out at restaurants close by around 4 to beat the dinner crowd. The beach is just across the street. Pool is amazing. Property manager so helpful and quick to respond. Beach chairs, tent and wagon are available to use, they are the adjustable back kind and that would be my ONLY suggestion - invest in those they are so much more comfortable to sit in all day.
