Welcome to your serene escape at our newly remodeled beachfront haven in Daytona Beach. Relax on your balcony, gazing at the ocean from the 4th floor of the Daytona Beach Club building. After your day on the beach, sink into the comfort of a queen-size bed and a snug twin daybed for a quick nap before heading out to hit the town!

Indoors, unwind with a 42" smart TV and your own private WiFi, or play some games if you need a day indoors. Our modern kitchenette boasts new cabinets, quartz counters, and all you need to create delicious meals (or just eat cereal the whole trip, we’re not judging!)

Embrace the vintage charm of our 1970s building with its garage parking, elevators, and laundry facilities. Your key unlocks all common areas, and daytime public beach parking is close by. Covered garage parking with one parking pass included. Trailers are not permitted.

8 blocks off Main Street right in the heart of all the action. Located between Hard Rock Hotel and the Pier.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21.

- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.

CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!

Dayton Turkey Rod Weekend

We chose this stay because it was the closest one we could find to the speedway. Location was wonderful. Beautifully decorated. The only downside is that there were several German Roaches in the bathroom area and kitchen area. I did not want to take those home as they are nearly impossible to get rid of. The owner has no control over pest control, so I do not blame her. Secondly, the bed was absolutely horrible. Very springy mattress. We were told the bed was new-but I’d have to disagree. It sunk in, and again very springy. Next, the sliding glass doors at the ends of the hallways were left open 24/7 which let in freezing cold air, it was hard for our room to stay warm. The property is not staffed like other hotels, or resorts. The room could also use some blackout curtains due to the amount of light that comes through, it’s impossible for someone to sleep in. If you are someone looking to have a peaceful getaway , this unit is not the place to stay. You can hear all traffic going by inside the room 24/7, and the location of this place is on the main strip.This is not somewhere that e will be returning to stay, unfortunately.

Perfect little spot

Me & My Husband stayed here just for a weekend getaway. It's Cute!!! Best of both worlds, We had an Ocean view and City views. So, we could see the Sunrise & sunsets in the afternoon from the deck. Nice breeze in the afternoons.It was PERFECT to us. We would love to visit again. The only thing i can or could complain about is the light coming in through the window So early. Some black out curtains or a shade would have been nice on a Morning that we chose to sleep in. That's Minor & only a personal preference.

Perfect location

This condo is perfect! Very clean, comfortable and convenient. They have direct saved to the beach and even had cooler and beach chairs to use. Andy was great with communication and accommodations. It was a great trip 😎

The swimming pool wasn't available due to previous storm damage. There are no amenities (staff, restaurant, snack shop, etc.) at this property as it appears to have been a hotel converted to privately owned condos. Our room was great. It was newly remodeled and well appointed. This will definitely be an option for a future stay.

Beautiful condo that was in walking distance to the beach, shops and food. It felt like I was home. The owner was very accommodating and very helpful. I will definitely be back next year!

Cozy, comfortable and affordable. It had all the amenities we needed for a quiet, restful vacay with a few extras. Pool area was nice and has easy access to the beach. Check in and out was easy and Andy was easily available and responded promptly with I needed to reach her. Our stay here was very enjoyable. Construction going on in parking garage during the day made it difficult to sleep in but room was otherwise quiet.

Perfect long weekend

My husband and I made a quick trip to Daytona Beach. This was the perfect set for us. 😊 Close to the action. Right on the beach. Walk to Hard Rock Hotel. They even offered a few surprises for their guest. A pleasure to work with.

AMAZING!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for an entire week. We were in love the minute we opened the door. From the fresh/clean smell to the adorable bedding, everything was perfect. For the price & location you can’t beat it. Perfect couples getaway for us. We will return!

Graduation Trip

My husband and stepson took this trip to celebrate my stepson's graduation from high school. The property was perfect for them - close to the beach, local restaurants, and attractions. The booking, check-in, & check-out process were seamless and communication with the host was superb!!

Fantastic vacation!

My son and I truly enjoyed our entire stay! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with whatever we needed and the condo was easily accessible, clean, bright and just the right size for us! The pool was beautiful and clean, with plenty of opportunity to social distance. And the access to the ocean was spectacular! We could not have asked for more accommodating hosts, as Andy answered all of my questions promptly and kindly. I would absolutely stay here again!
