This spacious duplex is thoughtfully designed to accommodate two families or a large group, featuring six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two fully equipped kitchens. Begin your mornings with a freshly brewed cup of coffee on the wrap-around porch as you soak in the salty breeze, or take the provided canoe out for a peaceful paddle across the bay. After exploring all Dauphin Island has to offer, unwind in one of two comfortable living areas, each equipped with ample seating and a flatscreen TV.

Nestled on the serene waters of Indian Bay, this home is conveniently located just half a mile from Dauphin Island’s vibrant main strip, making dining, shopping, and attractions easily accessible. Spend sunny days at Dauphin Beach, just two miles south, schedule a fishing charter for an exciting adventure, or visit The Estuarium at Dauphin Island Sea Lab. For a touch of history, take the ferry to Fort Morgan and immerse yourself in its storied past.

With pet-friendly accommodations available for a small nightly fee, this property can also be rented as two separate units, Bay Side Believer and Bay Dream Bliss, for added flexibility.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Located just outside the home. It will be shared with any Guests that rent out the other duplex. No gate, no code or key is needed to enjoy the dock. Swim at your own risk. There is not a boat launch at this home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
