Home located in quiet area. Near lake for boating, fishing and family fun. Master bedroom with full bathroom (walk-in shower), walk in closet, and queen size bed. Bedroom #2 and #3 share a full bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 single beds. Large open living room and dinning room, with large dinning table and 6 chairs. Living room couch includes a queen size sofa bed that sleeps two people. Additional living/family room with love seat, chair with ottoman and two reclining rockers. Family room also includes a breakfast table and 4 chairs.
Home has central air and heat. Additional add on family room has window air conditioner unit (works great and cools the area). Rental includes WiFi, smart TVs, linen, fully equipped kitchen including toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer located in garage. Property has a spacious yard with large shade trees for outside family gatherings, and large area for lots parking.

Lake Placid - Great Place to Stay

This home is exactly as advertised. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Excellent place to stay while visiting family. Mary is fantastic and would recommend this property.

Pleasant stay

We stayed @the Lake June property during the weekend of the 12 hours of Sebring. It was a short but pleasant stay. The house was extremely clean which was very important to me and the hostess was very nice and was always available when we had any questions.

House was very homey and spacious

My overall experience was Great no issues with appliances or anything within the home. Clean plenty if towels and throws. MY family and I enjoyed our stay.

Really clean and comfortable. Guests were pleased to stay there. Meals were taken at my home so no cooking was done in the kitchen there, but they did make coffee in the morning. Thank you!

Excellent property

Excellent property to rent. My wife, kids, and I stayed here for a weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The home was very clean, with well written instructions from the owner if we had any problems. The house had everything we needed including, cable, wi-fi and anything else you can think of. Would definitely do this again next year if available

very well pleased

to start, Mary the owner what a pleasure it was to be able to communicate with her when I had concerns. she responded quickly when I had a concern.we had a small problem at the home and informed her of it before we departed. She contacted me and said that she appreciated my letting her be aware of the situation. All and all the house met all of our needs and the owner was more than gracious. it would be my pleasure to rebook this property.

Great Facility

The property is above and beyond the listing. It is clean well maintained and convenient to businesses and restaurants. Since my team was announcing at Sebring International Raceway for the weekend we didn't spend much time there but the accommodations were excellent, the facilities excellent (lots of hot water) and the owner very helpful. The only thing we had difficulty with was the front door lock...well lets just say us older guys did...the younger members of the group had no issue with it. So I guess we can chalk that up to several of us not being technologically astute! GREAT place, we look forward to leasing again next year.

Check in was very easy, and all the info about the home was easily accessible. The home was very clean when we arrived. Check out was easy as well. I would stay again.

Ample room for 5 adults in a quiet neighborhood. The keypad was a bit tricky, so be sure to read the instructions when you get the code. Yes, we would stay again.

Home has comfortable living space for any family gatherings (summer and holidays), it can accommodate parking for all family members, and the front yard has large shade trees and large yard space for outside gatherings. There is additional parking space if traveling with a boat or other recreational vehicles/items.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Home is on a spacious corner lot, and is located near two lakes for fun water convenience. Lake access is less than 5 minutes from the property to one of the community lakes, and about 10 minutes to Lake June. Also, having sufficient parking space for all family members and a boat (for visiting fishermen), or other recreational vehicles/items, is a great bonus.
