Located just 5 minutes from the historic centre of Belvès, one of the most beautiful villages in France, this accommodation, completely renovated, is ideally located to stay in our region. This house is the ideal starting point to explore the region and enjoy the authentic landscapes of the Périgord Noir.
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by its large, bright living room, perfect for getting together with family or friends. A modern equipped kitchen. The house has four bedrooms:
• Three bedrooms with double beds for peaceful nights.
• A versatile third piece, ideal for storing your luggage or gear.

A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, large living areas with sofa and TV.

You can also enjoy a light-filled veranda, equipped with a table and chairs for convivial indoor meals while enjoying the view of the outdoors.

Outside, a pleasant outdoor area awaits you, with a large table and benches located in the shade of the trees, perfect for sharing a meal in peace. You will have the possibility to park your vehicles in front of the house. A barbecue is available to enjoy this space.

The accommodations are ideally located, just 20-30 minutes from the most beautiful castles in the area. The first water point (the Dordogne) is a 5-minute drive away, and a municipal swimming pool with slide is accessible just 3 minutes from the house.
