This home has been exquisitely decorated with a funky beach house meets lakeside retreat vibe! The open concept living space on the main level is perfect for family gatherings. You will feel so at home in the spacious kitchen featuring granite countertops and beautiful cabinetry. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with anything you could possibly need.

In the living room you will find a 75 inch Smart TV with cable. Sink into the cozy leather sofas and relax, you're on island time! The downstairs game room features a tablet arcade game table. Here you will also find an extra refrigerator, baby items such as pack n play and a high chair, 2 rolling beach wagons, and more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas for the whole gang.

The master bedroom suite encompasses the entire top level of the home. Here you will find your own private balcony overlooking the canal, a California King bed, plenty of closet space, a mini refrigerator and 2 ensuite bathrooms, one with a large soaking tub and bidet and the other with a walk-in shower.

Three more bedrooms on the main level offer plenty of room for the family. A second king size bedroom features a full Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and shower. This bathroom is shared with a queen guest bedroom. There is a fourth bedroom with a queen bed on this level as well as a powder room.

Float the afternoon away in the brand new waterfront saltwater pool and try out your golf skills on the putting green. Next, grill up some dinner on the gas grill and dine al fresco on the ground level outdoor patio with tiki bar. Or relax with a glass of wine and take in the spectacular sunsets from the main floor deck with awning and canal view and watch the manatees as they glide by. Bring your small boat, up to 25 feet maximum. Inquire for details.

From this perfect location you can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing right from your dock. When you do venture away from this oasis you are just steps away from the bay beach at Bayfront park or a 4 block stroll to magnificent Bean Point. In just ten minutes you can walk to the Waterfront Restaurant and Pine Ave shopping. This home truly has it all!

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 50 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
